I have had a storage unit here for years, I only keep it because it is close to my home. The units are clean and the attendants are very nice and polite. The only thing I don't care for is the mobster like late fees. They charge so many late fees on top of late fees for the same month, it makes it so hard to catch up. Like once you get behind they want you to stay behind so they can take your stuff. And it's not "woman owned" it's owned by a man and his brother does all the affordable storage. They have a monopoly on it. ###this is an update, so yes they try their absolute best to get you with all the fees they can. I called to tell them what day I would be in to pay the bill and they still ran my card and charged me a decline fee of 20 plus a 20 late fee, plus 20for running the card on a different day.so now you see! One day late and up to 60$ in fees! See people17 days late and the late fee is 100$, that is half of my total bill. This is how the mob figured their "late" fees! This was a proof they try to take your things by keeping you behind.

Don't get out side rooms will get pounds of dirt on average on your things bad sealing on door.

Ethan was very helpful and courteous. My property stay for 3.5 years was very secure. However, I would say to review your policy. Upon vacating the property, do it in the last days of the month, before the first of the following month. This way, you get the maximum storage for your money.
