Ripped me off and another customer for same issue. Never have you tire sensors replaced here. It is usless and after $120 for 2 new sensors and two visits, tire light still comes on

I am so thankful for Discount Tire. I’ve been purchasing tires from them for decades. Every interaction has been positive, even when they have to share bad news with me, it’s always with a smile and with compassion. Their road hazard protection is second to none. A pro tip: when you buy a new car, go to Discount Tire and buy the lifetime rotation, balance and road hazard from them. On a new vehicle, they can sell you these services. It’s worth it!

I drove in the rain from downtown as my tire pressure was rapidly decreasing during my lunch hour JUST to make it into my Discount Tire near my home. The staff immediately greeted me with friendly smiles and hellos - even though it was POURING rain outside! They were super helpful and put me at ease - it was a stressful drive in. They also expressed how happy they were that I made it safe! My tire had to be replaced but even so, I was there less than 1 hour and was able to make it back to work. EXCELLENT SERVICE! Dario and the other guys working were very professional and very knowledgeable. Dario remembered me from speaking to me once before. The staff really seems to get along and no one had a problem answering questions. I will come back to this location!

I came in at 8am, didn't have to wait for service, and got in and out in thirty minutes. The reviews speak for themselves. Discount tire has customer service that can't be matched.

Speedy service and great customer service whenever I'm here. Have all my tires from here and they just hooked me up with a spare rim for a good price after a little mishap in the rain.they come in handy when your in a tight spot.

I have been a customer of discount tires for many years. There is a young gentleman Adam Reynolds that has assisted me in several stores. He is an outstanding employee of discount tires, has always taken care of my tire needs no matter how small they may be. Very polite strong hand shake and looks you in the eye when dealing with you. I have never waited over 30 minutes when dealing with Adam.
Had a tire rotation this morning and did not finish a cup of coffee when they advised they were done. Customer service along with quality works keeps me returning.

Omg! What to say about this god awful place. I normally take my car to the dezavala location and never have one problem!

Totally the opposite in customer service here. They never fully listen to my issues I have. One guy that was putting air in my tires lazily only checked one tire.

The wait is always 2-2.5 hours which is ridiculous.

Not to mention this location recently replaced my bad tire with a spare I had and then my tire pressure sensor never turned off after. Come to find out someone decided it was common sense to remove my sensor from the new tire and put it on the spare in my trunk.

Whoever does their customer service training should be commended. Their employees always show amazing customer service skills. You are greeted as you enter. Reassured as you are standing in line. And the associate always greets you with a handshake and states his name when it's your turn. Flats are always fixed for free. Even got a free used tire once when my flat couldn't be fixed. They have a lifetime customer in me.

I had to get my tire looked at and the service here is amazing. The staff is friendly and really explains everything! I was very impressed and will return for any tire repairs or replacements.

I’ve never bought a set of tires from anyone else! The employees at Discount Tire are always knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. On this occasion, I just stopped by to have them check the air pressure in my tires. I never even left my vehicle. The attendant checked my tires, added some air, and had us on our way in no time. When it’s time to buy replacement tires, Discount Tire will be my first stop!

Location at 410 and Vance Jackson. Jesse L was fabulous and efficient. When I shared I was in a time crunch, he offered to change the tire himself. Truly a wonderful business with extraordinary people!

Blew a hole in my tire and managed to get my truck to discount tire at 630am. Got an Uber and called discount tire to let them know I left my truck. They had it finished that day when I was done with work. Absolutely amazing service by michael.

Employees are always very helpful and they honor their warranties. The prices are also good there. I have been buying my tires from Discount for many years. Highly recommend them.

No other business can match the level of customer service I receive every. Single. Time I come here. Team members genuinely care about your experience here which makes the wait worth it! For me it’s the little things that count, such as being asked twice just sitting here if I wanted a coffee or a water when they are clearly busy. I don’t know Adam’s last name but he’s the prime example!

I needed to purchase Tires for my daughter's car over the phone from MN. Michael F took excellent care of me walked me through my options and assured me he would take good care of us. My daughter drove to his store and she loved the FAST and efficient service she received. No upselling no last minute surprises. We got the tires we wanted with no issues. William the service writer at discount tire went over and beyond the normal customer service to accommodate me. I explained I was in a hurry to catch a plane and his crew got me in and out like I was in a NASCAR! Furthermore he didn’t even charge me anything at all since I was a previous customer. Highly recommended and A+ is all the way around!
