I have been here many times and always have had a good experience. They are very helpful, courteous and fast. I would recommend them to anyone.

Omg these guys were so helpful. Got me what I needed on my budget and I am happily driving without freaking out.

Tires under warranty said FIRST they couldn’t fix it.
Also said they couldn’t put on Spare. So we had to buy Spare. Then they said they could fix the tire.
TOTAL SCAM!

Second time I've had a BAD experience with Discount Tire after YEARS of FABULOUS service. (2 different locations.)
On 3/7/20, went in for tire rotation. They discovered a nail in an unrepairable location in sidewall, so we opted to buy a new tire. NO PROBLEM with that.
BUT when I drove away, within 1 minute-car was pulling to the left and the TPMS light came on. Drove another 5 minutes, decided to turn around and go back to same store since close to closing time. They gave blah blah blah about rotations may cause it. FINALLY I asked if they could at least check the tire pressures, which they said sure. Discovered that left front tire and one other were over-inflated! 37 vs. 33 psi. They adjusted all tires to required 33 (on door panel). I drove off, car didn't pull and no TPMS light on. Have driven 200 miles since, all good with tires. NOT SO GOOD WITH MEMORIES.
Hoping they will at least check the tire pressures (and match what the door panel says) before releasing a vehicle to a customer.

Really conveniently close to doctors offices. Had problems tires loosing air so made appointment today at 1230 then called them twice since last week and upped the time to 1030 for balance and rotation. They didn’t change the appointment just canceled it. So they squeezed me in. So far really a good location and good customer service. Place could use a cleaning wipe down chairs and tables. Really from sloppy people eating and crumbs. Great and fast service. They even pulled my spare down to check it too without asking. One hub cap a little off but a big improvement from the e TC jester location.

John is a great associate and answered all of my questions about getting my TPMS sensors replaced and the amount time to have my tires replaced. Excellent customer service!

Free tire rotation when you purchase your tires here. They do honest work. I've bout several sets of tires from this location over the years. This is my preferred place to buy tires.

Had my first tire 'warranty' experience with Discount. 40,000 mile tires were bald at 27,000. I recieved $38, minus the disposal fee towards a new set of tires. I'm sure that's standard operating procedure at most tire retailers but, c'mon man. So, $620 later I had some new rubber, tire sidewalls not cleaned and no valve stem caps. Sure this probably sounds like a boomer complaint, but after getting raked it would be nice to get clean tires and valve stem caps. Old guy rant over, Tire Rack bookmarked.

Very good. Just a long wait if you do not have an appointment like all the discount tire stores. This one stays pretty busy.

They always get me taken care of very quickly and most of the time at no charge. When I buy my tires I always buy them there.

They're always great here. Be patient when they're busy, but they will help when you absolutely need them.

WOW! If you look up the definition of customer service it should have this Discount Tire as an example. I went in for a slow leak in my tire. They found a nail in it patched it up and there was no charge. They were so friendly and attentive. The communicated the entire process and the approximate time it would take. And they gave me choices of tires should the hole be unrepairable. Good customer service is what it's all about!

The sales staff are wonderful and helpful but when it came to changing my tires they damaged my car and still have not paid for it 11 months later.

Don’t listen to there time estimation it’s not true I was told 1 hour before realized they never asked for the key the guy told me sorry was going to be 45 minutes cabe back 40 minutes later they still haven’t started on the car

Walked in with a nail in the tire and walked out with an affordable used tire within 35 min.considering the amount of customers I was expecting long. Great place!

Normally, I get excellent service at Discount Tire but this time when I pulled up to simply get air in my tires, no one assisted me for 35 minutes. I am looking in the window from my car and see 1,2,3,4 employees standing around. I’ve had 3 or 4 other employees walk by and absolutely not one of them acknowledged I was sitting here waiting to get air. I finally went inside and asked someone for help and they cane out and helped all while saying, I thought someone had helped you. C’mon, really Discount Tire employee! Smh

Not real happy after spending $1300.00 for new tires and 4 sensors. Not a week later a new (?) sensor went out. Now I have to go back and wait another two hours

Without a doubt best service and most polite group I have ever come across at a discount tire. I'll drive a few more miles just to do business here. Keep up the fine work.
