Discount Tire, Sugar Land TX

This was my 2nd time there and they were professional and always go above and beyond. They fixed my tire and filled up the spare since it was low on air.

Great customer service. Friendly staff and competitive prices. I recommend the location for quality tires and flow up services.

They were so busy. But I had an appointment so they took me right in. I got 2 new tires put on within 40 minutes. Great service! Thank you Michael!

This rating might change if I visit in the future. Sad when you get in at 9AM and told done by 10: 25 am and yet your vehicle is still where you parked it. I saw 6 people come in after me and leave before me.

I like that you don't get any high pressure upselling. They mention what they see and leave the rest up to you

I arrived nearly 40 minutes after this location closed, but there was still a crew of people working as a team to get cleaned up and locked up for the night. One gentleman, despite trying to do his part to close the shop, willingly stopped, listened to me, and kindly grabbed a simple part I needed to get back on the road safely. I was floored! That moment of kindness allowed me to feel safe driving to work the next day!

I was very impressed by the young men that helped me replace my tires for my car. I had help from 3 guys that were well rounded and polite and very knowledgeable. I was originally only going to buy one tire but after an explanation of what was best and the safest option I came back and got a 2nd about a half hour later.

They are a busy establishment but they treat everyone great and I'm so happy that even at the end of the day and closing time they were willing to add on a tire for me.

If I get any more tires I will come back here, I didn't feel at any point that I was getting taken advantage of and I know I can trust them. I highly recommend this place if you're looking for new tires and need an honest opinion with exceptional service.

ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS PLACE! Definitely an inviting, easy, and safe experience. Every employee is very welcoming the second you walk through the door. For some reason, we always have the pleasure of working with Jonathan and the manager, Michael. Excellent customer service! Not a single bad thing to say about this location. My family already frequents here; although, I would recommend this particular Discount Tire to everyone!

I just stopped here 20 minutes after they closed with a flat tire.they stayed late and replaced my tire.that is customer service! Thank you! I was across town and alone, you guys are awesome!

If I could rate this place negative 5 stars, I would. The only reason they get one star is because I have to touch a star to leave at least one to submit a rating.
I sat outside this location for over fifteen minutes waiting for them to open because I had a nail in my tire. I called inside to ask for a an approximate wait time, and the employee spoke condescendingly to me. However, I still waited.
After noticing several people walk into the business, I attempted to enter as well. An employee walked over to the door as I was walking up to the door and closed it in my face.

This location is not easy to access. Also this is the only location that I've been to that acts like it's a burden and not a service to do the free aircheck. We've waited over 10 minutes this morning with noone acknowledging the cars in line for the aircheck. People got out of line. Workers just passing back and forth. I've never experienced this at any other location. I will say the employee that finally came out was helpful and courteous, which is why he gets 2 stars. The location is not as busy as most that I've been to, so I wouldn't have expected to have an issue with the airchecks.

Very friendly staff. Especially Jake, very helpful guy who worked on my car. By far the best discount tire I went to.

I drive for Uber Eats and wear out my tires. I had a flat and was unable to afford a brand new tire and no used shops were nearby. I felt I was in a serious bind. There staff refused to let me leave in that predicament and I left with no flat tire. Kudos!

I messed up somehow ordering my tires online and they were sent to the wrong Discount Tire location (perhaps bc I was using my phone?) Got the call to schedule an appointment, and found out about my error. Immediately called my order in instead. Same day, I get another call: tires are ready at the right location! Blew my mind. They got me in and out FAST! Feels like I’m driving a new car!
All the gentlemen there were courteous and professional, in an upbeat and fun environment. Ended a rough week in a wonderful way for me! Thank you to all the people at Discount Tire in Sugar Land, and the Discount Tire near Tomball for being so understanding about my ordering error! Highly recommend!

This location is amazing my wife went in to get two new tires the sales person mr. Lagos was so professional and courteous when it was her turn the car wouldn’t start the battery was dead and she called me for me to go help her the guys at the store told her not to worry Two team members where available to get the car running and got the tires on for her. They went above their job to help her. I will definitely be coming back to this location.

The worst place. They do not want to work. This place is ZERO out of 5. They need to keep a lie detector in their place. I drop my car for 4hrs to fix the tire and they lie to me it's fix but it was not even touch. Their customer service is horrible which I was experience before, but do not want to write bad reviews about them. Now some thing happen again. Do not trust them
