Discount Tire, Dallas TX

The staff and service was excellent, as always! My tire blewout while traveling on the highway. I needed a new tire for the long travel back. They got it done within 15 minutes.

The technicians were amazing & very helpful. I've always did business here & I highly recommend this business!

My husband and I have been coming to them for years. We always get warranties on our tires because we know that we will return for the great customer care that we will always get. They are quite busy at times but what do you expect for such great service. Any issues and they take care of you.

Lifelong fan of Discount Tires anywhere I go! This shop is standout great though. The team is ALWAYS friendly and more than willing to make sure the customer is happy. Francisco was AWESOME helping me try and find the best replacement cost/quality wise for my discontinued run flat tires on my 2016 Camaro. Helped me on the phone for a good 20 minutes and even followed up after once he did some more digging for me. Gave me like a solid 2-3 options and even helped me with the price. They got me all set up and ready to go for a last minute road trip that needed me to change out some bad tires.

Getting the tires replaced this last minute could’ve been a headache anywhere else but Francisco helped me get a good pair picked out, ordered in, and installed in 1 day.

Just like all Discount locations it was quick and painless. Great staff and great work. I was running errands and exited off 35E on to Xang and the road punctured my tire. Good thing I had their warrantee. It cost me $16 to get it replaced due to road hazard. Thank you.

I really like this location. They are fast & professional. Was a few minutes late for my appointment on a busy day, but they still got me in out & within a timely manner.

AWEFUL. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. THESE FOLKS DON’T EVEN KNOW HOW TO EVALUATE & FIX A SIMPLE PATCH! NOT TO MENTION LIED & SAID I NEEDED A NEW TIRE FOR A MINOR NAIL IN THE MIDDLE OF THE TIRE. (BTW, MY DEALERSHIP FIXED IT INSTANTLY WITH NO HESITATION). THIS LOCATION REALLY SHOULD RETRAIN THEIR STAFF.

Went in to have a valve stem replaced on my passenger front tire which was only 6months old. Was told by a young person who worked in the bay that my tire had worn unevenly on the inside portion of tire and that he would NOT be able to replace stem. And they were almost empty with customers (covivid-19 days). I won't go back if I was running on all for bald or flat tires!

I had extraordinary customer service at the Hamptons location. As soon as I walked in I was attended to. Celso Segura was more than happy to walk me through many options of wheels and tires. He took his time and did not rush me; while I contemplated on which particular styles of wheels and tires I wanted. He special ordered my wheels and tires I went in on a different day to get my new wheels and tires put on. I showed up 1 hour before they closed and discount tire crew swiftly took care of my tire and wheel service and about 10 others in less than an hour. I'm very satisfied with my customer service with discount tires team and my new wheels! Thank you

I was assured on their website that having an appointment would mean fast service. Instead I’m stuck in my car, sitting in the parking lot, waiting for someone to talk to me. It’s all about expectations - don’t offer me an appointment if it’s meaningless. If I had known it was first come first served, I would have been here a long time ago.
Once I was finally helped, the service was excellent. Celso was really conscientious in a very stressful environment.

There are other places to buy tires but I don't bother with them anymore. DT's prices are always competitive, they are relentlessly efficient with installations & the staff members are unfailingly polite & respectful. Why buy tires anywhere else?

It's a small space, but they use it efficiently. Was very happy with my service here, and you can tell they're really trying to hustle everyone through as quickly as possible. Good work.

The parking lot as mentioned in other reviews is a bit cramped but the staff and service more than make up for that small issue. I checked in at the counter with Celso and I misunderstood the voicemail I got earlier and my tires weren't at the store yet. He called their driver and we rescheduled only an hour later to have them put on. When I got back he immediately greeted me, got me into one of the bays and less than 25 minutes later I was on my way. Fantastic service, really great crew there everyone was friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend this location!

Never brought up the warranty, they applied it without me even talking to them about it. Couldn't plug the hole after I hit a nail so they just put a new tire on it. Less than 20 bucks. Real good people!
