I was on the way to my best friends art show downtown when luckily I stopped for gas and I noticed my rear left tire was almost flat.
I tried airing it up but when I put the tire cap back on it was leaking air so fast and I noticed there was a screw in my tire.
So I drove to the Discount Tire 2 mins away from where I got gas.
By the time I got there my tire was completely flat.
I pulled into the parking lot at around 5: 20 and walked close enough to the door to see the hours and noticed that this location closed right at 5.
I walked back into my car and got in, shut the door and texted my best friend to tell her the news that I wasn't going to be able to make her art show.
(I also had a mini freak out about how I was going to get to work Monday)

Then I looked up to this gentleman at my window, he asked me how he could help me.
I told him but you guys are closed and he followed right up with telling me he couldn't let me leave with my tire looking the way it did (which was flat as a pancake)

I'm not sure what the gentleman's' name was but the sales person on my receipt said it was Trevor R H.
It was so kind of him to notice my car in the parking lot and want to still help me even though that would mean that him and his crew would have to stay a little later to fix my car.
I am truly blessed and thankful to him and have realised that even if they are in the form of a human there are little guardian angels out there unintentionally watching out for you (whether they know it or not)

I recently had all four tires stolen off of my car and I was lucky enough to get Lorenzo on the phone when I called. He was so incredibly helpful finding the exact same wheels and tires and getting them to his shop, mounted and balanced them and even sent a tech to my location to install them. I called at 8: 30 a.m. And he had them on my car ready to go by 3: 00 pm the same day. I cannot thank him enough for helping me through this terrible situation. I highly recommend this location for all of your tire needs!

I went for a basic air pressure check. I advised him that each tire is a couple pounds low. He asked what is my preferred psi. No one has ever asked that. I told him that I appreciate his kind service. He stated that he appreciated me cutting off my engine while checking my tires. #MutualRespect

They r always top on my list friendly and great service and for being as fast & fair as they are you can't go wrong by using them for tire service

Great customer service. True professionals with excellent knowledge of tires; very helpful and friendly. Employees wear mask and their is social distancing in place. In and out within 20 minutes with new tires.

I don't usually post reviews, but these guys rock.i came in with a tire that was leaking. The guy told me my wheel was bent in a few different places and that he fixed it.i didn't have to pay either. I gave him $5 that was in my wallet, guy deserved more.

This is the only tire place i feel comfortable taking my ride to.if you're looking to get your vehicle worked on with quality and in good time, come to these guys.they'll get you squared away.

This location must have been having a bad day but not an excuse for this behavior. The guys were cussing at their boss at the same time attempting to help us at the counter. We have been using discount tire for minimum of 20+ years and have not ever had an issue with them calling their bank to apply our purchase to our Discount credit card. We purchase a higher grade tire because putting your purchase on your card gives you a rebate and it is zero interest for 6 months. The mileage on the paperwork was incorrect, this drastically affects the mileage you get on the tires and getting a partial credit if you don’t make it to the manufacturer’s tire mileage. Across my family there are about 20 cars with tires from Discount, I am not sure why these guys chose today to not be as helpful as the Discount way.

Okay the service was good the only thing I wish didnt happen was the workers that was working on my car tires was asking me questions about myself and then after a few minutes he asks me if I am seeing someone and if I wanted to go out for drinks. Im sorry but to me thats not professional at all. You shouldnt be asking customers those questions while your still on the job. I’m going to another tire shop.

Always great service. Checked air in all my tires, you just pull up and attendant comes over to check your tires and add air if needed and it is FREE, you don't even need to get out of your car

Went to this location to get my tire looked at. I had a slow leak. They fixed it very quickly didnt wait long. And they're very friendly. Great customer service.

Be careful when you go to Discount tire. I’ve gotten scammed from this company so many times. They will tell you they can fix your tire for free then end up trying to finesse you into paying for a whole new tire. These salesmen get paid off commission.

Absolutely WONDERFUL service! I had a nail in my tire and they patched it for free! I was expecting to pay, but when I went to he said if you have a flat, and we fix it there is no charge. Now that is some awesome service! I wish I lived there, so when I need new tires I could go there to get them. Ricky was our sales guy, and he was very kind and helpful! I highly recommend this location and asking for RICKY!
