I had an appointment and they got to me quickly. Unfortunately one one my new tires went flat within a block. I went back and they hadn't tightened the valve stem completely. Everything is good now. Very courteous service.

Went looking for complete set of Michelin tires for 2012 Mazda. Problem: they no longer make that size. Now l have to research which brand to get; l have always gotten Michelin tires for vehicles l have owned from Dodge Caravan, to Volvo to Granddaughter's Fiat to Ford 150 to current Mazda. Bummer.
BUT, despite disappointment l plan on returning bc they have good products and personnel. Dale Flake, Asst Mgr.took his time with me, did not lie or exaggerate and despite NOT making a sale then, did not show an attitude. Refreshing!

This location is always great. The staff is friendly and helpful amd they perform quickly amd accurately. I h as be had several tires replaced here amd never have any issues. They also have a large selection of tires so it is easy to find what you need.

Great prices on a good selection of tires and nice folks working there. They have free water and wifi. However, bring snacks - you will be there for a very long time even with an appointment. BtW-they have a line you can go through to have your tire pressure checked and adjusted for free!

Always buy the $39 insurance. If they fix it, then it will be replaced! Great deal for 22” all-terrain tires, which have lasted forever.

Very good service and best price i found on trailer wheel/tire combo. They were 1/2 the price of Wal-Mart. Always busy and you have to wait a while but they must be doing something right if they are always busy!

You get more than you pay for with these guys! Excellent staff and speedy service makes it not so bad to deal with a busted tire! Although I did have to return for a balance issue, they resolved my complaint exceeding my expectations!

Waited an hour to get a tire put on a wheel and watched about a dozen customers who arrived after me leave before me, I asked two different employees what was taking so long and neither gave me a straight answer and one gave me attitude

next time, I’m going to Walmart and recommend you do the same

Went to get my flat tire repaired, was in and out in under 40 min. Excellent customer service and everyone was very polite. Would highly recommend to anyone!

I have spent the entire month of May dealing with this store and bad service. First new tires mounted improperly. Went back, tried to buy new wheels, staff said no, instead they grinded my wheels and put tin black seal, another set of tires. They still don't hold air. Went back, purchased new wheels, 10 days later order not placed, finally came in, I did get discount for delay poor service. Counter staff evasive. If I got good service, BUYER BEWARE. MUST fit stores customer preference.

I thought the price was steeper than I would like. But it had been a while since I had been there. They do get you in and out quickly. Service was quick.

Took 1 hr and 45 minutes to fix a flat.
Service representative was unresponsive to my Question about unusual tire ware.

Use to be a great place but manager change in the last year is noticable. They even put the wrong sized tires on my vehicle. Said they could not get the right size. Am going elsewhere now.

If you go online and schedule an appointment... They are super fast. Very happy with this visit four 4 new tires.

Have always had a good experience here but had some issues with a single visit. Allen the manager handled it wonderfully which makes me confident in doing business with the company. Mistakes happen and it’s how they are handled that separates a good company/management from a bad one.

I like the drive up tire pressure check & fill without getting out of your car. Really nice people work there.
