Great service. Had a defective tire I bought with the roadside warranty. No questions asked replaced the tire with a new one.

My bike was like flat and we asked him if they could like blow it up a little and he said no it would explode but we went to a different one and they said yeah sure and it didn't explode so I assume they're lying.

Don’t waste your time scheduling appointments because they don’t honor them. I arrived at 7: 50 am for my 8 am appointment, the line was to the door. Once I was seen I informed Matt E.of my appointment time and asked if they honored the times, he then had the audacity to tell me I was late for my appointment. I explained I’ve been waiting in line since then. Then he said it would be done in an hour. I don’t appreciate the disrespect.

My mother purchased a voucher for my tires on Dec 26,2022. She told kendarius that I will be coming in today and that all tires need to be the same size and brand. In which he told her my tires were in stock at this location. When I arrived I was told my tires were not in stock but there was a different brand with the same size.
Once I received my car and started driving, there was a loud noise on my tire, I turned around to go back to the store and they had closed. The next morning my mom went up to the location because I live in downtown Houston, kendarius made it seem like he was confused. When someone pays for tires your supposed to hold them! And on top of that you do not put a tire that is 2 times bigger than the rest on someone’s car, especially without talking to the customer.

Just took our suv to have the tires filled up. We had the pleasure of Angel attend to us, he was super informative and kind! What a nice experience! Thank you Angel

Just swapped out some stock 5th gen Ram 1500 tires. I've been searching for awhile - never really used Discount Tires - guess I was living under a rock but I just thought it was USED or not having premium tires and wheels but boy I was wrong.

I will be getting wheels and tires now specifically from Discount Tires - and I have to mention Garrett who was the one that gave me full confidence in the experience. His customer service skills and his knowledge is what you call very rare in business. You have people who clock-in and clock-out but you have those "stand-out" employees that just are incredible. Garrett was that guy. He knew his job! Above the average. And he was able to answer any questions I threw at him. He's the reason I'll be coming back. And I hear though he is going to a different location which totally sucks cause this location is a couple minutes from me.

But he is pretty much the majority reason I bought into the trust of Discount Tires as being now my place to go for Tires and Wheels for all my vehicles.

This particular discount tire sales guy told me i reoeat told me he was selling me 10 ply tires when I looked at the tires they were installing on my trailer it said two Plies poly two ply steel and two plus side I might be stupid but I can do a little math that's only six ply when I brought it to their attention they played it off like it was rated like a 10 ply tire because it was e-rated I'm in buying trailer tires a long time it's in my tires weren't bad when I was on my way back to San Antonio I would have made a big stink about it you charge me $1,100 for four trailer tires six ply I would never go back to this Discount Tire ever again not to say that Discount Tire in general is a bad place to shop but this particular Discount Tire absolutely sucks

Discount tire is the best for getting tires. Nothing beats the customer service and their warranty. Garrett went above and beyond today to make my experience a good one and made it so much easier on me. Definitely my favorite location.

We had a punctured tire so they replaced one tire with a different tread pattern to the other 3. So we went back and they put the tire with the tread pattern that matches the other 3 for free, which was quite nice. But they seemingly put a foreign object (that's usually not used to fix punctures) into the original punctured tire to show the extent of the puncture, which was a bit odd. I believe this might've contributed to us needing to replace the tire in the first place.

Quoted me a tire that they said they had, after I paid they tell me they don't have the tire in, and proceeded to give me a different size tire and told me to come back the next day

Great service! Blaze was friendly and knowledgeable. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes, after easily making an appointment online.

I just want to take a moment to give praise. I was helped today by a young man named Garrett A. He was extremely respectful, which is rare these days imo.he was understanding of my situation, provided me with the best service to fit that, and didnt pressure me into any kind of sales. And again.incredibly respectful. HE DESERVES A RAISE!

I used to come here for all my cars in the past; however things have degraded over the years due to poor operations management. The guys are all nice and polite, but there's poor operations communication within their team. First they cut my wheel locks and realized after the fact that the ones they had couldnt fit my car. A simple thorough check before they cut the wheel lock would have averted this. Next they pulled out my car for checkout with one lug missing on all wheels. I had to point it out to them. This would have been unsafe to drive - is no one paying attention? Again a simple through check would have averted this. Then, after my request and no initiative from them, they put a lug in the missing wheel lock spot. They put a black lug to replace the missing wheel lock, and all my other lugs are silver. Next they ordered new wheel locks for me, and it took so long - close to three weeks. I could have pick some up in town and put them on myself if they communicated it properly. I was told it would be delivered in a few days. They never once followed up with me. I had to call multiple times to follow up. This ordeal has caused so much inconvenience, where's simple checks and throughness of work would have averted this mess. Not one person took accountability for their inadequacy and mistakes and not one person apologized. Hope the team takes this as constructive criticism to improve, or else its a sinking ship. I will never go here again for my wheel and tire needs. I think everyone there could use proper operations and communications training. Management should look into this for the team and themselves.

Had an accident getting run off the feeder road sending me over the curb and blowing out my 2 left tires. Got a tow to Discount Tire. I was in and out in about 40 minutes as they were extremely busy. Said my car would be ready the next day and they had it done by 9: 30 am. Awesome service. I will return when necessary.
