Top tier proactive service again. Was in wifes car at 22 degrees out in Corpus Christi with tpms light on and confirmed rear tire low so got in free pressure check line with 13 cars ahead of me. Didnt have to wait cause staff came to me and confirmed nail in tire so pulled me out of the line and was rolling down the street within 45 minutes free of charge. Another reason I wont go anywhere else for my tires.

Ordered 4 new tires from them and came in within a week. The whole team took care of me. They are all very knowledgable and willing to answer any questions and help with any needs. Very friendly atmosphere. Will be driving from out of town to this location for any future tire needs.

. Good fast service, but for a simple valve replacement that should of been replaced when I bought a new tire, its ridiculous to wait nearly 3 hours.smdh.

While driving from San Antonio to Corpus Christi our tire somehow was punctured, but with run flats we were able to make it to this location. Before getting there I called and spoke with Kyle to make sure they had a replacement tire in stock he advised they did and was upfront about the wait time that day. Upon our arrival he was very considerate of our situation and personally took care of the tire replacement himself and we only waited an hour. This was a Saturday and as you can imagine they were extremely busy. We appreciate the outstanding customer service Kyle provided! The staff in general were very courteous and professional.

First time visiting this establishment. Purchased a brand new Michelin tire to be replaced. They were speedy about getting my vehicle in and out. The employee that drove my vehicle out after it was finshed we witnessed him squealing my tires into the turn. He pulled up handed me the keys said they were all finished. I almost being 2 ladies just got into my vehicle and took off but decided to check out the new tire and after walking around something did not look right. The guy inside the shop noticed us checking out the tires came over and said I don’t think they put the right tire on. Come to find out IT WAS MY SAME DAMAGED TIRE. They did not even put the new tire on and I almost just left thinking it was replaced and all done. The rim looked a bit beat up as well on one of the corners. Almost went home after spending $340 on one tire with the same tire. Very disappointing. I’m not one to write negative reviews but this was yikes….

Had a nail in my tread went to them and they fixed it the same day! Rafael was very friendly and helped me get my tire fixed fast definitely recommend these guys, was recommended by 3 other people as well.

I went there to have the air pressure in my tires checked and one of the valve stem broke off. I was immediately told to pull into a bay where the valve stem was replaced. This took about 20 minutes and no cost to me. You can't go wrong when you go to Discount Tire.

Just need to air up my tires for a road trip. The young man there was very fast and efficient. Answered my question without hesitation and correctly. Very friendly.

Shelby was extremely helpful trying to find difficult tires for our car. The manager Jason was also very helpful finding tires and drove to a different store himself to get us the tires we needed.

I have used discount tires for years. They have never let me down. I even used them when I was a Firestone manager. But don't tell anyone.

Picked up a huge screw on one of my tires. And I wasn't sure if I even had coverage.
Luckily I was nearby when it happened. Jason came out right away to see what I needed. He said come in and we'll take a look to see what we can do.
Jason was very helpful and professional. He made sure to take care of my tire issues very economically, efficiently, and with safety in mind.
I am very pleased and satisfied and will be returning for any tire needs.

Made an appointment for 12: 30pm on Wednesday, 07-13-22. Arturo greeted me at the door and asked how he could help. I told him my right, front tire had a slow leak and I needed to get it repaired. He asked for my keys and if he could check my tires for me. I knew my front tires were worn but not my back. He proceeded to tell me the rread was so low on the tire, they couldn't repair it and one of the back tires had the steel wires coming out on the back of the tire, which I would have never seen. Am I glad I met this young man. I drive 100 miles a day, back and forth for work, 5 days a week. The second challenge is, they only had 3 of my tires. Arturo found tires for me at another store, ordered them to deliver over and had them on my car before the 5pm time they suggested it may be ready. All that on the same day. Impressive! This shop runs like a well oiled engine. Everyone pitches in to help. I believe customers return for a reason and I will be going here for all my tire needs. Very busy store, the associates were very polite did not fix tire there went into Corpus and had my tire within the hour with a full lobby

A little crowded but only good tire shop around in area, good service, polite reps and very helpful service techs
