Discount Tire, Bellmead TX

On a road-trip thru Texas and ended up having to use our spare tire. Pulled in here on a Friday right before closing time and the team had us with a new tire in 10 minutes. Really nice friendly staff and great prices! Saved the day!

Fast and efficient. I needed tires and did not want all the gimmicks and up sale stuff. The sales person was straightforward. Checked sizes and gave the range of quality and tread mileage expected and the fee per tire for installation. Easy to do business. The install team was fast and actually seemed organized and in a pleasant mood. Store seems well managed. I will go back for sure.

Totally enjoyed watching the guys working today! They were having a blast singing and loving they're jobs. We always use discount tire they've always done a excellent service for us!

I've been going to this particular discount tire for a few years now and have purchased my last 2 sets of tires from them and they've been fantastic to work with. They've always had friendly service, quick turn around times, and have always been very helpful. I recommend them to anyone who asks.

Came in for a rotation.spent 2 hours waiting (they told me max 1.5 hours total) only for them to tell me I need a new tire.they replaced the tire but in the process, broke a stud and then forgot to put back on the tpms that is sitting in my passenger seat now.at least they gave me a form that should cover the payment for the stud fix.they were nice about it at least

Doing a free rotation and checking a tire that suddenly is going flat. What a relief knowing I have a long drive ahead of me, that my tires are safe!

A tire shop that is efficient, professional and was able to handle a weird OEM tire size issue when other shops in town wouldn't. I would definitely use this Discount Tire again.

This Discount tire is amazing and very very helpful. So fist thing is first big shout out to Trevor for helping me with options for my vehicle. I was in the middle of a trip and OEM sizes were not available at the time. He explained options to me and gave me a break down of tires that I could use on my vehicle long story short I had to select a slightly different size which was still compatible with my vehicle. Secondly the techs were on another level here.this place opened at 8am and by 8: 20am 5 cars had been done. The techs here worked together to get vehicles in and out in a timely manner all while still keeping to safety standards. I watched as each lung nuts were torqued to spec they even showed me the bent rim I had which they were able to balance out but we're adamant that it needs to be fix or replaced ASAP. Overall my experience here was great everyone was knowledgeable and very very helpful and it's clear customer service is their top priority. I would not hesitate to go back here if I lived in this area.

Received outstanding service by David and his crew. They went above and beyond even after hours to help and kindly educate me on the safety/adequate tire pressure for my vehicle. Even after I offered to return another day due to the late and extended visit David refused to let me leave without a complete service stating, “we take care of all our customers until everyone is taken care of. ” Today marks the day that Discount Tire earned my loyalty and respect. Another great Discount Tire. We use discount tire all over the country. We had a big miscommunication on the tires that were ordered for our van over Easter weekend. Tires never made it. Had to come back Monday. Leave it to discount tire to always make things right. In a time when customer service is absolutely horrible. These guys get customer service does still mater. Thank you David.

The associates that works there are helpful, friendly. They help you find what you ate looking for. They assist you in getting what you need and fits your budget. Realy nice people work there. I really appreciated Their help with my tires. Thanks guys.

They were great from start to finish. I really got the feeling that they care about your safety. The road hazard warranty is pretty impressive. Basically, if they can't fix what's wrong with your tire, they give you a new one. I want to say that the warranty is for 65,000 miles. Please correct me if I'm wrong on that. It's also nice that they give free tire and air inspections. I will definitely be making this my tire shop from now on. P. S.did I mention that they are FAST? My car was in and out in no time. It helped that I had an appointment, though. They accept walk-ins but you might have to wait a bit.

It’s hard to impress me but today I received “exemplary” service at this Discount Tire location. They exceeded my expectations in all areas. New tires were installed in less than 35 minutes from the time I walked in. They did not damage any of my center caps and followed my instructions carefully. The road force variation balance was spot-on (I usually have to have this done 2-3X to get it 100% right) Employees were friendly, especially the technician that worked on my car. I’ve been a Discount Tire customer for 22 years and this was perhaps one of the best experiences I’ve had at any of their locations. 5 Stars! Thanks gentlemen!
