Sorry service profanity music in the workplace do not let me know my tire was ready they thought I left the property they never said my name I walked in to the salesman and ask him why are they putting another vehicle ahead of me and he finally got off the computer went out there I found my tire has been ready for 15 minutes salesman name Benjamin B

I should have just to get air in my tires there was a guy there bad attitude he made me wait and then they directed the attention to me that I needed help and he said they can wait I love discount tires the one on Sheldon I don't know why they close they were the friendliest discount tire place this one I would not recommend it thank you

Had an appointment for 2 pm today, if your employees don’t want to work then go home guy didn’t even look at my tires he just said he couldn’t help me

Great place. I sent my wife to install 3 new tires on her car (the fourth was replaced just weeks earlier due to a flat). Due to a miscommunication they ended up replacing that one and leaving an older tire. After my wife got home and realized it, I went back to the store and the team swapped out the correct tire with the newer one they removed by mistake. It would've been so easy for them to play the fool and deny us this little extra thing but they took care of us without question, even apologizing for the mixup. Everyone makes mistakes. What matters afterward is that they can be responsible and hold themselves accountable. That's not something you see often from big businesses these days.

The BEST customer service of all the Discount Tire locations we have used. We drive further to specifically come to this location. They are reliable, efficient, professional, helpful, and courteous.

Called since the website said appt needed. Spoke with Denzel who booked an appt.for 10: 45 and it was 10am. Arrived on time and was done by 11: 20. Fast service. Denzel offered customers water and lowered the blinds in the waiting room when it became hot. Very professional!

Went with a buddy who had a screw in his tire. Right at closing time. He got two new tires, and it was the fastest visit ever at Discount Tire. I also want to say that every employee there was working hard, and I noticed it. Very peaceful atmosphere.

I had an amazing VIP experience at Discount Tire! I got a puncture on my tire on the way to Florida from San Francisco so the closest place from my hotel was Discount Tire. So I called them and was able to make an appointment so quickly for the same morning. The assistant manager Denzel came out to greet me when I arrived there and offered a bottle of water while I was waiting for 15 minutes. He offered a free tire repair and it took about 20 - 30 minutes to go in and out of the place for me to get everything take care of. Denzel was very customer experience oriented and very pleasant to work with. Speaking of customer experience, he also offered to help with installing my new vehicle plates while getting the tire repaired which I appreciate greatly. Thank you so much Denzel and team at Discount Tire - you not only saved my tire but turned the unfortunate flat tire event into one of the pleasant highlights of my road trip!

Been waiting for about 2hrs and a half and they still haven't gotten to my car just to change 3 tires and they're about to close worst service ever

I LOVE IT HERE! Superb customer service, they always fix my tires for free even when i wasn't a customer.so that right there got my business from then on.its a breeze when you make your appointment online I've never had a long wait even when i bought tires. You have to come here when you need anything for tires and wheels.you will be satisfied!

This place is a joke! I took my truck in to get a tire pressure sensor replace and they totally screwed up my ECM and now my truck won't operate properly. Stay away from this place.

I woke up this morning with a flat tire. Was really having a bad day. Went to this branch and got excellent service. The representative asked if I was heading to work and he fixed my tires promptly.

Beware. A rip off. Obviously coz they trying to rope u in.
Said the flat was free if it was fixable. Been driving wuth it for a week. They ended up loosening the nail. Luckily a roadside tire shop fixed it for 10 bucks. They try to get u in with their sweet talk. Gave me a quote for 900 for new tires. U figure

Scheduled my appointment the very same day came in and needed 2 new front tires, the gentlemen that assisted me was very kind and helpful and also added a very much needed discount! Because honestly I was not prepared to purchase 2 new tires but HEY that's life always expect the unexpected. But the promptness and courtesy most definitely helped with this review
