If you are stuck between two locations and have the option, go to the next one. This isn’t the first time I’ve visited this specific location and received poor customer service from the employees. Trying to give them the benefit of the doubt yet again, I went to go get a simple air check and was met with an incredibly rude attitude for the last time. Unable to get the employees name due to them going to hide in the back, I did speak with a manager who said he would have a talk with said employee. I’ve been purchasing tires from this company for the last 10+ years not just for the great prices but also the great customer service I (usually) receive. The last few times I’ve been to this location I was treated like this for an air check.

Quick service as always. The staff acknowledges you when you first walk in. The day I came it was super busy and I didn't have an appointment. The service guy gave me an estimated time of an hour to get my tires rotated. I just dropped my car off and went across the street to the coffee shop to use their wifi and studied until my car was finished.

I got a call when it was done, they drove the car to the front for me too.

Great service. Prices are reasonable. So the time it took was about an hour. They even replace the tire sensor. At no extra cost. I have always had excellent service, no matter witch discount tire I visit. Thank you discount tire for your quick service. Very professional.

Waited a week for a tire called they said it did not come in yet when is all actuality the tire was here but instead of calling me I was told they emailed the wrong email, my ex.

I bought a tire but the rim was nad.gt a new one and Rene helped me out tremendously. Keep him he grest.

I really like discount tire because they have options for people who might be on a budget as well as people who can afford the works. Everybody that I had interactions with was friendly and informative. I've been a loyal customer for over 5 years and wouldn't go elsewhere.

Came in, it was a long line, didn’t know how a EFFICIENT they would be… it’s post-work hours.when people normally take their foot off the gas. They keep their foot on the gas.everybody got serviced within 1 hour of closing. I got my tire fixed at no cost. Carlos was awesome.seemed like he had a lot on his plate but he’s a professional. Can’t beat this level of QUALITY service

Love this location! Been coming for years! The Customer service is so very attentive immediately as you come in if they aren’t working with anyone. Def recommend this location! Special thanks to Bret processing my car and handling my flat repair.

On our way to Galveston my tire was shredded by shrapnel. Cory was amazing! He saw the look of panic in my eyes, after being towed and having to be helped by police with a my 3 kids! Cory was knowledgeable, concise, and friendly! He had us in and out in less than an hour! On a very busy day for him, the line was to the door more than one time, he made us feel like his only customer! Thank you again to Cory and his team!

A previous different discount tire had messed up two times in a row. They left an old tire that created a dangerous vibration. Both Rene and Robert gave me great service and put on two new safe tires at a fair price considering the circumstances. Very satisfied customer.

Always purchase tires from this location. They normally have everything in stock but wen they don't they order and just takes a day. Mario and Ryan are helpful. Thank you discount tire

6/22 @ 4: 30pm Genius! I was able to stay in my car and pull up to a line on the side of the building to get my tire pressure checked. This is the first time I’ve seen this done and someone needs to spread the word to upper management.

No one wants to stand in a long line just to get their tires checked…this was so stress free and the service tech provided excellent customer service. Thank you!

I spoke with Bret today, even though they are extremely busy, he answered all my questions, was polite, and courteous. I couldn't have asked for better help from him. He's busy, and still looked for me, when he expected me to come in to the store. I've watched all the employees here interact with various customers. They have all been polite, answered questions, and explained what was needed in a nice, calm, courteous, professional manner. I really appreciate that, because while I don't know cars, I know when someone is talking down to me, or at me. None of these guys have done that. Not the guys at the front, nor anyone that has come in from the shop. Oh, and I have not seen anyone pressured to purchase a tire, in any way. And there are a lot of people here.

Always great customer service it is my one stop shop for tires and excellent customer care

Went in for a tire rotation and balancing. Found out the warrant on my tires expired just a few months ago. Was unaware it had an expiration date or I would have used it. Had them rotated 6 months ago and whoever helped me didn’t want to mention my warranty was going to expire. I would have bought new tires if I knew. Then when my expected wait time passed I went up to the front desk and asked how much longer. My truck had actually been done for 15 minutes but no one came in to tell me. When I got into my truck I checked the tire pressure and it wasn’t even balanced. All were the same pressure I came in at. I had to go back in and have someone see they didn’t balance them. Then had to go through the air pressure check line. I’m not even sure if they rotated my tires. They wasted over half an hour of my time and I missed out on using the warranty I paid for. I give this location ZERO stars and will not be going back. This is the second time I have had terrible service from this location. The last time they forgot to screw on my hub caps properly and they were hanging off. Stay away from this location!

Got to give it to em, they are stand up guys. You can tell they don't just care about a paycheck. Everybody deserves raise
Update: this place rocked then and it still rocks now. Ended up getting new yokohamas with warranties for 450$ with a 100$ rebate from discount tire and a 60$ from Yokohama. Sales associate told me about the sale and I was super happy with the price and I was in and out in less than 30 minutes at 9am ish. Good people, good prices!

Always got what I need and do free patches and plugs on tires. What great people!
