Stopped by to check a low tire RIGHT AT CLOSING TIME ON A SATURDAY NIGHT. They found a nail and it turned out I needed new tires… they HAPPILY stayed late to take care of everything I needed! Quick, friendly, and made a nightmare of a situation into a pleasant, easy experience. Go here, you won’t regret it. They’re awesome!

Went there to check my tire cuz keeps loosing air, the receptionist immediately took me to my car and got the details. Then waited in the room till they call me my car is ready. They fixed it and they checked the other tires and didn’t pay any penny. I was surprised and amazed by their customer service and friendly employees. Smart company, their demand is customer service first not profit. Good job guys and keep it up

I have been a Discount Tire customer for many years. This was the first time I felt I was being taken advantage of. The guy quickly pushed to sell me the most expensive tires. Other times I was given prices from lowest to highest for me to choose from. I dropped off the car at 8 am, got a text at 8: 34 that the car was ready. I picked it up at 9: 05 am. To my surprise the car was parked with the engine running. It had been idling for 30 minutes.

Good shopping experience, fast service for a discount tire store, they are always swamped lol, No forced sales just good sales people helping you make the best purchase for your situation.

Stop by for replacement of tires. Quick response and fast customer cares. If you need to replace tires, it is worth a try. Moreover, the tire warranty might be good option.

Wanted to thank true staff and most importantly Jose. He did what no one could do for almost 1.5 years which was get my tire sensor to work. He didn’t have to the extra mile after my Jeep was done but he did. He is the reason I’ll keep coming back to this location

I walked in while it was extremely busy. The guys at the counters continuously acknowledged everyone in line letting us know they’d be right with us. Once I got to the counter, I told them the issue, we went to look at my car and was told it would be an hour and a half wait. The workers made my experience fast and easy. Fast considering I was a “walk in” and there were plenty of people ahead of me who had appointments. Thank you for your help today!

On a scale of 1 to 10, ten being the best discount tire is 10 I have been buying tires from discount since 1987. Discount tire has always made good on any problems that I have encountered with tires. The young man that took care of my car today was exceptional.

This place is always busy, but the team takes works hard to get you in the right set of tires and take care of business. Expect to wait a bit or drop off your car and give them your number, they’ll send you updates and let you know when your car is ready.

No matter what you need done, have an appointment set up or get there real early, like half an hour before they open because they are always super busy. Excellent staff, products and services.

Eric was awesome took care of my tire without me needing to be there was efficient and while if unplanned they always a are polite and hustle

I have been a customer at this west discount tire for decades and it is always the same friendly and knowledgeable staff greeting you when you walk into their store. Prices are comparable to any other tire place so very satisfied customer.

I've been using Discount Tire for almost a decade of my driving experience and I absolutely love the hardwork and integrity that this shop and every shop I've been to, possesses. I just got to their shop at the very last minute when they were already closing because I freaked out about a system calibration issue. They told me "no worries, we will be right with you" and not only showed me how to do my own system reset but handed me a tire gauge just for safe measures. These guys are AWESOME and always at work
