Jerry is a wonderful manager I have been going to him since he was over at the mall he's been taking care of me for a long time

Rolled up seconds after closing. Ty walked over, instead of choosing to ignore us or allowing us to figure things out ourselves, informed us that the service was closed but still went above and beyond to ensure we were good to go.

This is the type of customer service and employee that you want and a value-add. On that alone, I would recommend this shop and will return.

I just want to say I came to get my air check this past week and this young man by the name Ty. He was so polite and he checked all my tires and my air as well. I love this discount because keep the good work up!

Coming in to get my brakes ready for the bissy work ahead, I will need to be able to stop on the dime for the best time so far, to re-beggin a on -going trend.

I was unhappy and displeased with how they handled my case. For the 1st time.
I went to get a flat fixed last week on a tire that was still under warranty. After, the initial exam, they gave me the options of a free tire not Michelin which I had but any non branded tyre. I asked for Manager who sided with the IST technician. (may need classes in customer services)
I refused to take the any brand cheapest tyre they offered and asked them to patch my tyre that had less than 10000k miles.
They left me with no option. Finally, they patched my tyre.
Questions: Why they did not offer me a Michelen tyre under warranty?
Why they were pushing me to get a non branded tyre without fixing the punture if it was repairable.
I will definitely file a complaint about this store on Rio grande in Victoria. Any, suggestions who should I contact Michellon tire or Discountt Tyre regional office?

Well it's still a great company, but not the greatest location.
Set an appointment to get a flat repaired and it didn't seem to make a difference. Still took an hour to do, and they didn't even let me know when it was complete. I got an email saying it was, and about 10 minutes later I got in line and retrieved my keys.
The other locations run way smoother

They have the best customer service and always suggest what is best for your vehicle and your safety. Everyone is always upbeat and smiling. Keep up the awesome work.

I wanted to take a minute to brag on Jared! I was in a predicament coming from Wharton, Texas to have a new tire put on very quickly. He had to get a tire from another store within one hour and get me back on the road to Corpus Christi! He made this happen and had no issue at all! Great customer service! I will definitely be back, thank you very much!

I’ve come here a handful of times with tire problems, they always get me taken care of. A lot of the time they don’t even charge.

I bought tires not long ago and also purchased the road hazard insurance. Recently I go a nail in the side of my rear tire I took it to discount tire Victoria Tx on Navarro road. They replaced my tire but charged me $16.00 why was I charged when I paid for the road hazard coverage.
My husband had the same thing happen to him on his car he brought it in to the same store 9n Navarro Victoria Tx and they told him his valve was damaged they charged him full price to replace the valve stem this is part of the tire and should have been covered under road hazard? Why are we getting charged extra for road hazard issues? Not happy with the service I get from discount tire will buy my next set of tires someplace else you don’t stand buy your products.

I had 4 new tires installed today. The BEST tire shop experience I have ever had! Ordered them by phone 2 days before. Thomas was the counterman who took care of me from the moment I walked in till I drove away, in less than an hour later. The installation team was efficient and thorough. I HIGHLY recommend this business for your tire needs!
