This is my favorite Discount tire. They have fixed, and helped make things right when other discount stores have made mistakes. Thanks love y'all

Had a great vehicle service experience. Went in for a tire rotation. They were quick to greet me and get me checked in. I'll be coming back for other services in the future.

I had a flat on my way home today. I get out at 6pm and barely made after 6pm to Store.these team received me after hours with outstanding service.thank you Edgar and team! This is my store for best service!

Ended up with a screw in one of my tires while on vacation. Chris G exemplified everything you would expect in customer service…friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Tire was able to be fixed and out in a fair amount of time. It’s why I will continue to go to Discount for all my tire needs. Ty

Anthony was so helpful and kind to my mother and I. He walked us through all our options for tires and helped us with the DT credit card, too! What a great experience!

Made an appointment and all work was done in a timely manner. Very polite young man helped me and explained everything to me.

Walked back in a couple of hours later and they don’t act like you’re brand new, it was “ah, you’re the black Rav4, I’ll take your keys”

This place is run so efficiently and it seems like everyone communicates. Makes getting an unexpected flat an actual joyous experience against all odds

I took my Jeep into this location with leaks in both front tires; they were pretty busy but still managed to get us out about an hour earlier than they estimated. I have always used Discount/Americas tire in multiple states and the service has never disappointed. The only drawback was trying to make an appointment for my other vehicle and they are moving to online appointments only. I was planning to purchase and schedule while I was there. Not a complete deal breaker as I will be back but just an FYI.

Took my wife's car in to get her tires rotated as we purchased her tires here about 6 months ago. Service was great coming in as they checked me in and had my car done in 35 minutes for rotating tires. Not too bad considering I made an appointment.
However, upon coming back the staff was very short and rude towards me. Here's what happened, they told me that my wife's rim on the passenger side was bent. When I asked one of the associates to go show me, he told me he was too busy. So I went to go look myself and I could not see it. When I went back in, I asked them if they could somehow show me and they said that they were too busy and that it would be quite a while. What I don't understand is this, if you have a defective rim and you took it off a car, why wouldn't you call the customer and let them know so they can come look at it before they put the tires back on and parked the car. Again, I asked them to pull it into the bay and show me and they said no. I really was willing to buy a set of four new wheels for the car. We spent almost $2,000 on the tires me spending $1,000 on rims isn't going to hurt me. Discount Tire's loss. I'm going to take it somewhere else to get the wheels done. But of course it leaves me wondering if they were trying to scam me and that's why they didn't want to show me.

Quoted me one price over the phone and once I got there, it was $100 more. Bait and switch at it's finest

In and out under an hour with 4 new tires. They always fix any flats I have for free! Great and friendly staff, can't ask for anything more.

Huge shoutout to Discount Tire. It’s hard to believe I’m coming up on 5 years since buying my Ford Mustang. This is the first time I’ve had issues with lug nuts. My flat tire could not be removed due to a stripped lug nut (a design flaw in many Ford lug nuts) resulting in a tow.

I understand it is a design flaw but it was literally the only one on all wheels that was damaged.

Thankfully they were able to remove it (preventing a second tow) and offered a discount to replace all the lug nuts on every wheel to a better designed one to prevent the issue in the future.

Victor provided exceptional guest service, further solidifying why I prefer to go to Discount Tire first.

Good tire shop. Fair prices, but I can normally walk in with a flat or mount a new set of wheels and can walk out earlier than I would expect normally under an hour or two.

Discount Tire was very busy the manager in charge that day was a good manager he took care of me my tire light came on and he fixed it it said service tire monitor after after a new set that is a good manager it took a while but he got it right this time you made me happy

Need a specific lug nut for my wheel and they not only had it but gave it to me for free! Appreciate it!

These folks are always excellent any time I stop by for get my tires refilled. They also have no issue offering suggestions any time I call to ask any question regarding tires. Everyone has been friendly and seem happy to serve me.

Low tire pressure. The gentleman was able to tell me problem, why it was low and to give me options of repairing tire. Always great service. On a small note the employees are out there doing a service. Tip them, it's appreciative

Got my tire repaired, although it was almost a 2 hour wait. Staff was friendly, though & next time I'll make an appointment. I've been buying tires at discount since the '80s, & will continue to do so.

Came in to get my tire patched up on my charger, had a nail in the front passenger side, as well as getting 2 rear tires that were already bad. Everything was good until i came home to detail the car and there was scuffs done to my rims, i always check my vehicle anytime i take it to the shops to get work done so i know they weren’t there before.just something to be on the lookout for
