Andrew was phenomenal! I needed my tire patched and work M-F til 5: 30p. I hauled butt to what must be the busiest location in the area, it was slammed with vehicles in line before me. My tire wouldn't have lasted overnight. Andrew made sure I was taken care of before they closed at 6pm. The team that worked on my tire at the VERY end of their obviously busy and long day all had fantastic attitudes. Thank you so very much!

Everyone was attentive, but the lack of communication and the errors in the communication with me made this experience terrible.

I came in with two tires going flat over a few weeks, both back tires. They look at them and inform me there are two holes in the back right tire. They say they are too close together to repair, they will replace it under. Ok great. They didn’t mention anything was wrong with back left. I brought it up again bc it keeps losing air but they didn’t look at it again or maybe even in the first place. With no communication they replaced my tire with a different brand after I waited two hours. I wanted the same brand of tire I originally paid for here, so the guy told me they had to order it as they were out. Ok it goes back in and now they out a donut on it. Another 20 minutes…. Then he tells me they will order two replacement tires to replace the back two. I figured ok they found something wrong with the other back tire so I’m getting them both replaced. Great.

Next week I come back, they replace both the tires and then as I’m walking out the door after they handed me the keys already he asks”did you pay”… No no one has mentioned anything about it costing money. $299 apparently. He says they can only cover one tire under warranty. News to me, as I’m walking out the door with keys in hand going back to work late from lunch. So I have words with him for 5 mins and he says “so you just want the original back on? ”. Well yea I do bc it only has like 12,000 miles on it.

So now I’m here waiting again. I figure something isn’t right bc my back left tire was also losing air something isn’t right here. I ask him did you all even check my back left tire bc it’s been losing air too and if you aren’t replacing it it makes me nervous. He goes oh wel actually they just saw a nail in it just now so they are going to patch it… so what another hour after I’ve been waiting two and I’m late to work? Absolutely terrible communication and service for these visits.

UPDATE: I was just handed the keys and they have the wrong tire on there again.
Different brand, not the tire we ordered. I’m 45 minutes late to work now. He wants the keys again to take it off and change it yet again. I tell him I don’t have time I have to go. He says he can’t let me leave without paying for the tire. Starts giving me attitude. I tell him their going to have to deal with it bc I have to leave at this point.

Absolutely terrible service

One of the worst discount tires I’ve ever been to. Was told in the morning my tread level was at a 3, went back in the afternoon and they told me my tire was at a 2 and no longer repairable. Pedro and tanner were horrible at customer service and they scam.

Great customer service! I was on my way to deliver a wedding cake and had to pull in because my tire pressure was dropping fast. JB and Cody went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of and on my way in no time at all. So impressed with my service at this location!

Went to Discount Tire first, was ignored, while waiting for service I witnessed an employee abuse a BMW, pulled off ramp fast, whipped around in parking lot, I walked away and shared with manager why I was leaving.looked for a highly rated yelp business, foumd Rodriguez, drove up, quickly helped, took 15mims, in out, polite, professional and high quality, perfect balance, etc

They new what I have they make me drive to San Marcos' from Austin store so they can tell me the tires I want don't fit freaking companies rules

I visited this location to have the simple task of changing chrome lug nuts to black lug nuts with their respective wheel locks. This was to be done on a brand new 2023 Mazda 3 which still had its paper tags at the time. I was told when I called this location that this is a service that could be done for free yet when I arrived I was told I'd be charged $20 for labor. Being mislead like this was frustrating in itself, but it gets better. After leaving my car with them for an hour, I return to find out that their technician broke not only one of the black lug nuts, but also the wheel stud itself. The salesperson couldn't give me a straight answer as to why this happened either and I have yet to hear what actually happened.

The only good thing I can say about this situation is that they covered the cost of the repairs, refunded me the $20 labor charge, obtained OEM black lugnuts, and were cordial with me the entire process. Unfortunately, none of this truly makes up for their technician breaking/damaging my brand new car with less than 1,000 miles on it. All it takes is one bad first experience for me to never return and give caution to others who wish to visit here.

Chad and his guys got me a squared away. He listen to what I wanted, and took extra care not to scratch my rims and made sure my tire pressare light was not on. THANKS AGAIN. I recommend you get all your wheel and tire needs here!

Very fast and friendly service! Just had a rotation/balance job done in under 10 minutes.pretty amazing! I'm never disappointed with this company. 7/12/23 Edit: The current upsell culture at this location has made recent visits very frustrating. Can't get a basic rotate & balance without someone trying to sell me something I don't need. If this continues I will take me business elsewhere.

I really appreciate the professionalism and attitude of the people who work here. Jonathan helped me out with plugging a tire for a company vehicle. He was patient with me as we collected my company info and told me they could be flexible with my work schedule. Ended up needing to replace the tire completely. Bailey helped me out with the tire replacement and I enjoyed chatting with him. Ant and Pedro assisted me while picking up the tire and I appreciated their help as well! This location gets absolutely slammed. As a result of that the staff is constantly talking with customers and sometimes the customers are less than kind. Every single employee I've interacted with or seen interacting with other customers maintains courteous professionalism and most have a great sense of humor despite being slammed! I will continue to bring my own vehicles here and I'm thankful this is the location my company uses for service. Top notch guys here!

I had went to check the low pressure on my tire and they told me how bad the condition was I was really tight on money and could not afford it I wanted to just go home and replace it later they helped cover a significant amount of the cost to replace the tire this team values safely and people’s livelihood over money and profits I will not forget how helpful they where in a time where I financially could not afford it I will definitely continue to do business with a company that has such an amazing staff that prioritizes helping people above anything else

I'm not fond of this location. I drive between San antonio and san marcos semi frequently. I stopped because my tires I had bought from a location in San antonio on ih 10 were leaking. All 4. The guy I talked to was dismissive and didn't even put notes in my file. I got the issue resolved in New Braunfels.

I just wanted to give a shout out to Manager Zach who assisted me last week. I was stuck when I had two nails in my tire so it had to be replaced. It’s a little toasty under the temporary tent as they remodel, but service is well worth it. There are several restaurants within walking distance to get a break from heat. Thanks again for your help!
