BEWARE I’ve gone here many times in the last 10 years and twice in the last two years the replacement tire giving to me after buying a whole new set. And one going bad have not been the same tires. They’ve charge me a pro rated price for tire ware on a new replacement tire and both times on two different vehicles I’ve been charged extra as the tire they replaced it with is of lesser price and quality! I paid for the good tires 300+ a tire and get a 200+ tire replacement when I asked for the EXACT replacement and got charged for it as a exact 300+ tire. All for it to be the cheaper 200+ also messed up my TPMS and said it was recalibrated it’ll take a little driving for it to reset. When it actually got broken by you guys. Now I have bad tpms and a lesser grade tire…

I made an online appointment for 1 pm on a Friday afternoon to get two tires replaced, and by 1: 21 I was on my way. Three hours later I found a nail sticking out of my brand new tire. I hadn't paid extra for the road hazard certificate, but they said all tires come with a 30 day warranty and they replaced the tire for free. That replacement was a Saturday morning walk-in (no appointment) at 9: 30 a.m. And they still got me out by 9: 52. Great service from start to finish both times and assistant manager Juan keeps that place running smoothly even when they're fully booked.

They are super busy at this location, but the service is always good and generally quicker than I expected!

If I could give this place zero stars I would due to there dishonesty. I had a nail in my tire (pretty close to the wall of the tire so I had a feeling that tire would need to be replaced) after the employee went to look at my car he told me I would need to replace the other three as well due to the tires would fail inspection because they were reading at a 3 and a 2. I just took my car to get serviced 3 months ago and the tires were at a 7 and 6. There is no way a tires life span can diminish that quickly in the course of 3 months. (my car has less then 20000 miles on it and is barely driven)

Due to what they were telling me I decided it would be best if I took my car to get a second and third opinion. I decided to take the chance a drive 30 minutes away to my regular mechanic, they where able to fix my tire with the nail in it and they took a look to see how my other tires where measuring. 2 tires came back at a 6 and the other one came back at a 5 and the tires I have should be good for a while longer, which is way above what discount tires was telling me.

For good measure I did take my car to one more place to have a third opinion and they said the same thing, that my tires should be good for a while longer.

I am disappointed that the employee at discount tires would be dishonest about the quality and state of my tire and attempt to make a buck and rip me off when the quality of my tires where perfectly fine.

If you do not want to get scammed stay away from discount tires.

Service for the check in is okay, however the guys on the shop do not respect the line, I was ignored even tho online page said it my service was over, they actually did not even begin the service. Some management is required for better service

I’ve used this location of Discount Tires over the years, and I had to go in today to get a tire checked that I purchased in July. I made an appointment, and the wait time was minimal. The service was terrific as usual! Thanks!

On this trip to DT had a low tire, the service was good and no issues found. Just need air

These guys always do an amazing job and have a very high level of customer service. This location is usually pretty busy but they do a good job of getting you in and out quickly. I’ve used them for all my tire needs for 20+ years and will continue to do so. Highly recommended!

Derrick, Omar, Juan.and everyone else involved, Thank You so very much for helping get my tire replaced! I had traveled 4.5hrs for wedding dress shopping with my daughter. I had 2 screws in a new tire. It took overnight, but they got me up and going. They were so very kind and helpful. Made it back home safely! Thanks so very much!

Brought my 3 month old Model Y here for a flat tire repair and a tire rotation. Got a call that the entire needed to be replaced. Fritz personally went to pick up my new tire from a different store so that I could drive back to Houston this weekend. Despite closing at 5, they went out of their way to get me taken care of today. 10/10 service from Fritz today, thank you so much!

I wanted to share my experience at Discount Tire on Braker. I am very impressed with Derek the manager and the crew. They did an excellent job with my car. I set an appointment this afternoon and was seen the same day. I was out of there in less than 20 minutes. I'll be back for sure. Thank you!
