I’m from out-of-state visiting Wichita Falls. Got a screw in my tire. Took my truck in to get it repaired and the tech said it’s not repairable. Usually happens that way and I have to go to a mom and pop shop down the road. They tried quoting me two new tires that wouldn’t fit my trucks wheels (quoted me on a 10” wide tire when my wheels could only fit a 12” tire). I said no and asked them to fill the tire up with more air so I could drive to the next tire shop to get it fixed. In the process of putting my wheel back on the truck, they over tightened the Allen screws on my center cap and busted it. They then told me to contact Discount Tire where I live and they would order me another center cap, but said it would take a few weeks. I highly recommend Ramirez Tire Shop in Wichita Falls. They fixed my tire within 20 minutes of arrival, and charged me $20.

Had tires on daughters car rotated and all went well. However on previous visits I have felt they sometimes try to sell unnecessary items such as tires when not really needed.

They did a good job. Plugged a tire that had a screw stuck in it and did it rotate and balance.

I had never been to a Discount Tire before, but when I found a bolt stuck in my tire, my husband recommended I go to this specific location for a repair ASAP.

I looked them up online, made an appointment the night before (super easy!), and was in and out in under 45 minutes. I asked for the tire to be repaired, the spare to be checked, and the rest of my tires filled properly (it had been a while since I checked myself).

Got in a bad tire situation a long ways from home. Bought two new tires.got me in and out very fast.

Discount Tire is fabulous to work with. I had a flat and my tread was too low for them to fix it. They got me into a new set of tires and new windshield wipers for a very reasonable price. They were super swamped but treated everyone who came in with a smile and were very courteous! Even answered the phone and handled all the questions without becoming flustered. I was there for 3 hours, but the number of vehicles they handled in that time was astounding! Thank you Discount Tire for great service once again!

Best tire shop visit I have ever had! I got a good price on two tires and made an appointment. I pulled up at my appointment time and they had a little sign with my name up so I knew which bay to pull up to. Two tires were put on and my other tires rotated to the back. All this was done in less than 30 minutes. I will definitely be recommending this spot to everyone.

Why have a schedule for clients when you cant keep your end of the appointment? I'm not sitting around for over 30 minutes past my appointment time. You won't be wasting my time again.
While you wait around way past your appointment time, I want you to watch the techs play musical vehicles to utilize the "staging area" in the horrible parking situation they have going on at that location. This location isn't efficient enough to have a staging area. If you value your vehicle, do not take it here.
To the tech who likes to turn on the AC in clients vehicles while he sits in it for 30 seconds, STOP. That isn't your property. Yeah like I said, don't go here.

We had to have a tire checked and all of them rotated. This is the only location in Wichita Falls TX so a longer wait time is expected. This location is always busy.
The techs are nice, friendly, and most helpful.
They had us back on the road in forty-five minutes.

Installing tires and wiper blades is what they do. Best place in town to get tires and have them installed

Love this place but they need a call center to handle the phones. It's rude to be on the phone and have someone standing in front of you.

My Disabled Son and I went to Discount tires to get new tires. They not only set us up for our new tires, they gave us a Discount tires wrist band, key chain and AWESOME service! I highly recommend Discount tires! God bless them all!
