Had a disaster of a morning when one has a lot to do. Had a flat tire when I got to my car. Towed to discount tires at my request. I was in and out within 35 minutes. They also examine every tire and let you know which one/s will need to be replaced and when they should be replaced due to wear and tear. Great prices and big selection.

Kelvin, Ezekiel and the DT Arapaho staff are the best. Twenty-year customer here and wishuing continued success to this crew.

I'm not sure why this location has signs asking you to pull by the entry and wait in your car and someone will come out. They ignore they're own rules. A few knuckle head customers drove through the back way, skipped the line, parked and was serviced immediately! Meanwhile 20 mins later they're pretending we don't exist outside waiting. I call the store inside and they pretended to be busy but you can see through glass window their goofing around. I ended up leaving and not being helped.

I will forever be a Discount Tire customer. I went to another national tire and battery (see what I did there?) for my last of the tires and every time I went to get rotation and balance it would always be about 90 minutes. Here I am in North Dallas and discount tire is operating with efficiency and Excellency. They have 12 to 15 employees buzzing around in an efficient operation. Super grateful to be back here. Set a tires on and out the bay in 37 minutes. Thanks Ruben!

I come here every now and then to get my tire pressure checked and EVERY TIME without fail I am greeted by the nicest people. I’ve bought tires from other Discount Tire shops (in Dallas) but I would drive to Addison every time if it meant I would get this quality of service!

I’ll start with: Carlos is the best and I highly recommend this location. I had a small issue after getting new tires on my Nissan 370Z. I won’t disclose the issue as it wasn’t not intentional. What I will say is Carlos was able to take care of me and make me whole. They pride themselves on customer service and Carlos goes above and beyond in that venture.

It’s nice to be able to walk into a business, and they try to accommodate you even if your request goes above and beyond their common service, your request goes above and beyond their common service. I spoke with somebody on the phone and somebody different in person and they both had the same attitude so if you need a tire. You will likely have a good experience if you come to this location. I normally love discount tire but this was my first time at this location and the salesmanship just kind of left a bad taste in my mouth. After trying to push whatever other options on me they finally go back and start swapping out my tires I had ordered. About halfway in they come back to tell me my lug nuts are bad (which IS a problem on my vehicle model, to be fair).

He shows me his socket can’t even fit on the old lugs so he physically cannot put the old lugs back on, and tells me I have to get new ones on the spot or they can’t put my wheels back on, so I have to agree.

Not only was I told the lugs were cheaper than the competition (which, upon research they are most certainly not), but in hindsight if the socket did not fit over the lug AT ALL like I was shown, they could not have gotten them off in the first place, so his whole song and dance was most likely performed with the wrong socket size to force me to get the upgrade.

If I was properly informed of the issue and given the option instead of being tricked and pressured I wouldn’t have had a problem with the situation. Ultimately it wasn’t that expensive but the dishonesty is just kind of gross. Discount is great as a company but have your head on a swivel if you choose this location.

It never dawned on me that Discount tire could not plug or change a tire on a motorcycle. I ignorantly thought that any tire could be changed on their machine. I thought wrong, only car and truck tires.

I came here on a early Wednesday morning with no appointment to have my 4 tires changed for the first time. Juan was very informative, and knowledgeable. I didn’t feel pressured to buy anything, and he gave me very insightful information that helped me make my decision on tires. They had several options for tires at different price points, and an amazing warranty package. Service was quick (complete in under 30 minutes) and efficient! All of the staff were super friendly, everyone was smiling and dancing to music while they work, which leads me to assume they love their workplace and the work that they do. I will definitely be back.

Had 2 nails in my back tires and needed to get them patched. I made an appointment online for 3: 30pm and was out of there within an hour! The staff was very friendly and the waiting room was clean.

I am changing my 1 star rating to a 5 star rating because the manager of this location reached out to me, listened to my frustration and worked with me to make it right. Although the experience I detailed below was frustrating, I respect any business that will correct its mistakes and make things right. I have used Discount Tire for years and will continue to use them due to the resolution of this situation.

Incredibly disappointing and frustrating. They break the lug nuts on my Mercedes and then fail to finish the repair or replacing what they broke. I will avoid this location in the future.

When take my car I get the most wonderful service from Christian. Absolutely gem! Always nice and with a smile.

I had an appointment for 945am for a tire patch. They forgot about me and it took over an hour with people without appointments going in before me.

Guys were great, was able to get in and out. Treated me professionally even though it was a Saturday was in and out pretty fast. Would come back to this location again

Better call in for appointment, software does not work. Had a 10 for a rotation, went shopping, no done in an hour. They told me they would honor my appt, but must have changed their mind. Will go to coit location to get the job donw.
