Fast and friendly service. The new check in online feature for a shorter in store wait is nice, I’ve used this location for years.

Christian got me taken care of this last time, he was attentive, polite and quick on his toes- answering calls left and right, helping other customers, doing things on the computer etc.keep up the good work!

Never thought I'd buy tires here because I've only gone to Firestone, but this place offered up the best deal for me. I appreciate the efficiency, the friendly staff and the great tires they sell. Highly recommended!

Went in for a tire rotation and was told it would be 1-1 1/2 hours so I left and got food. I came back 30 min later and sat in the lobby for an hour while I watched my car sit in the same spot it was in when I got back before I decided to ask if it had been looked at. They told me it was just finished a few minutes ago, my number is on file because that was how they looked up my info and I never received any text or phone call nor was my car called out for while I was in the lobby. I’ve been going to this one for 6 years now and I’ve never had a problem with being notified when my car was done, just wish they would have apologized instead of acting like it’s no problem to waste an hour of my time

I went in with a flat tire. They were able to patch the tire and didn’t charge me a dime! Didn’t even try to upsell me. So much appreciated! Thanks, guys.

The worst! Went to air my tire and dude told me it's too low to air. It was only a few psi off

I've never gotten tires from anywhere else. The wait can be excessive but these guy that actually get their hands dirty really work hard at what they do.

Bad customer service, I really don’t write reviews except this time, We had a bad experience with Discount tire. I had a flat tire and they didn’t want to do service because of tire condition. Only if we “buy” their tire they were willing to help. Which I really don’t need a new tire!
I call AAA and they came to the rescue in less than 30 minutes. They switch my tire with no complaints. THANK YOU AAA FOR A GREAT AWESOME CUSTUMER SERVICE!

Was inbetween appointments and having the drive through for getting air was quick and easy. I appreciated the time they took to explain how they gage how your tires are wearing.

Had an appointment, got there admittadly 7 minutes late due to traffic, had to wait in line and when I got to the counter they told me I missed my appointment and it would be 2 hour wait. I said forget it, and he asked do I want to reschedule? I said no, I wouldn't be back to which he replied "okay". I guess this is how they treat their long time customers.

My neighbor asked me to write this for her because she and her two children broke down with a bad tire and these guys took care of her at this location. They deserve recognition She said her and her children's experience was very kind and welcoming. I appreciate businesses like this that look for a way to help the neediest folks when possible. She raved about her experience and is unable to write a review due to personal life safety concerns thatvare ongoing.

These guys were quick and friendly. I made an appointment and they had me out in less than 45 minutes for tire rotation. Trevor and Mark were very nice, and the entire shop looked like everyone was working hard and having a great time!

Absolutely the worst customer service and the rudest manager I have dealt with in a long time. I’ve bought every time from Discount for the last 45 years but todays experience has changed my mind. I’ll go where someone values my business and respects their customers. The Lake Worth location is the worst I’ve dealt with. The manager was not receptive to my complaint and only argumentative about the way he runs his store and he continued to be all the way up until he loaded my tire. As a lifelong customer of discount tire, I’ve made every tire purchase there for the last 45 years and now, I think I’ll go someplace else.

I recently changed my tires at Discount Tire at Lake Worth. I was very pleased with their customer service, the variety of tires to choose from and the reasonable prices. I went with Goodyear comfortable tires and I couldn't be happier. Thank you for your help!

I call them 1 mile away and they say it will be a 30 minute wait for tire rotation. 4 minutes later I show up and they say 1.5 hour wait. I said I just called 4 minutes ago and they say, yeah 7 people just walked in. Wouldn't even attempt to get it done quicker.

I have been to Discount for many years but this time I was disappointed! I had to get a tire replaced. They did not have tire in stock! It was a Saturday and they did not have a runner to go get tire at another location! So management gave me one option. We will keep car until Monday. Well I needed my car and offered to get the tire. We were at Lake Worth location and went to get the tire in Grapevine. About an hour and a half round trip. Got back with tire and they replaced it. They did not even offer a future discount or even a % off what we were charged or offer to send an employee to go get the tire. Service should be the same Saturday as it is M-F. Delivery service not available on Saturday is what we were told!

Best tire selection and service in Ft Worth since they entered the market decades ago. Get the tire warranty- it’s worth it.
