Discount Tire, Grapevine TX

I drove past several Discount tires to get to this one because I remembered this location had customer service that was above all the rest. I was not wrong. Neil is the person that helped me today. I have a new car and was not sure which tires to go with but he was able to walk me through all the details and help me make a decision I felt good about. Not only that but he made a miracle happen and got me the tires same day even though he had to call around for them. The entire team here really just cares. If you are looking for a discount tire near grapevine/southlake, you should chose this one. You will not be dissapointed.

I cannot say enough good things about this company. From the late 1990’s when I was a teenager with my first flat tire, all the way up until right now, their customer service (and service overall) has never been short of excellent. I wish every business out there operated like this one does. Discount Tires should be a customer service gold standard.

We had a great experience. Everyone was friendly and willing to help right before closing. Will definitely be back to the Grapevine location!

I have had to come here way to much in the last 60 days. So as is bound to happen I had a bad experience with not getting called back and having my tires get lost in transit. But the Manager, Joey, went above and beyond to correct the issue. No one wants a flat tire but I know I'll be back to this same location the next time it happens because of the service recovery I received.

The place is a joke. Ordered the wrong wheels a couple of times, and I had to reschedule my appointment. When you set an appointment they say it will take 45 minutes to get done, one hour later my car still sitting outside and not serviced. Finally, they get the right wheels in and when I show up to put them on they pull the "you didn't make an appointment so it will take about an hour and half". Guess what! One hour later many cars came after me got serviced and my car still sitting outside. This experience was very stressful and time comsuming because of the way they run this place. This will be my last time buying anything from these people. Save your money and sainty, and go somewhere esle.

My tire had a nail in it and they repaired it for free! You can't beat their service. They are fast and courteous!

Always good service but this time lacking when it comes to madatory mask usage.employees in the bays were not masked and they interact with the my auto's interior and customers

Awesome service AFTER the sale too. Free flat repair dine properly by taking my tire off the wheel and patching from the inside out. Plenty of parking. Clean waiting area. Clean restroom. I'm a discount tire customer since 1986 and one for life!

Excellent service from Cody. Helped troubleshoot a persistent problem quickly and got me out the door in under 10 mins.

Best price, friendly service.
But.plan on spending about 3 hours or more here.
I was told an hour. I'm going on 2.5 so far.

Very slow, but that really cant be helped I guess since only two bays are used at a time and only 2 out of the seven workers know how to change tires.

Won't be back. Will go to grapevine mills from now on.

Went in as a walk in on a Monday morning and was out in about an hour. Great service and speed.

HONEST AND AWESOME! If you have an issue with your tires, go to these guys FIRST! I've been dealing with them ever since they opened and I won't go anywhere else. They always help me, even if there is no profit in it for them. They have earned by loyalty!

Discount Tire is awesome. They are customer service oriented. I have bought tires from them for 20y. They back their product and warranties. They cannot be beat. Dudes you rock!

I had a communication issue with another store, nothing major. I called Jeremy at this location. He was able to resolve it asap knowing he was really working on another location's issue. He acted like it was his top priority even though it wasn't for his store. Unfortunately I didn't get to do business with this location this time but I'm 100% confident Discount Tire Grapevine 114 will see me soon.

Great experience. Came in for their cheapest new tires, had the vehicle there for maybe 3 hours, caught an u er back and forth and all in all the experience was easy and convenient. Be prepared to wait, its a busy location.

Very fast but they push "safety" as a sales tactic. It's an average tire store but I gave them the extra star for their swiftness.

These guys are the only tire company I will use any more. They have experienced sales staff and expedient service technicians. They only sale quality tires and stand by their warranty. I made and appointment to get my back tires replaced and they said they would have me out in 45 minutes and they actually did it in thirty.
