What a Wonderful and Professional Experience at this Discount Tire location! What a vastly different overall excellent experience from my previous interaction at my previous location in Columbus Ohio.
Fast and Friendly service with a bending over backwards mindset to assist the constant flow of customers that entered into this premises.
I got checked in and within a few minutes they looked me up and did their recommendations, they explained everything in full and gave a Professionally solid advice about my car's handling and safety.
So Jordan signed me up and got me set up and lord and behold the promised time that was told to me was not only met but beaten by about 15 minutes!
I explained the Great service to Mark who dropped off my car to me after I received the text that my car was finished. I complemented him and his entire staff for their well oiled machine Teamwork environment!
John and Sammy took care of my vehicle's need's and she's running better than ever after New tires and wheel alignment in fast prompt service.
Fantastic and Profoundly Professional services NOT only to Me but I witnessed the same genuine help and concern towards all the other clients!

I have a 2016 Toyota Tundra, I went to this place, my grandmother gave me my tires as a gift. I went out for food, I came back for my truck and they even put spacers on it. I am very excited and grateful for the great service…

They are great at getting back to you if you had any issues during your appointment. The manager at this location went above and beyond to help me out with my tire patch and tire locks. Highly recommend this Discount Tire location.

Overall EXCELLENT! I've been to other Discount Tire Centers and this location is one of the absolute best. Michael greeted me and very promptly took care of my tire requirements and he was able to price match for the same tire online. Then they mounted the tires expeditiously and were professional and courteous throughout the entire experience. I would definitely recommend this location and will be a return customer.

On a trip and had low tire light come on. Found this location and pulled in for the free tire check. Amazing with 32 cars in line but the two guys were moving them through. Patrick was exceptionally nice and helpful! Confirmed a bad sensor and back on the road.

Every time I've been here, the service has been amazing and my vehicle gets its tire needs met. Highly recommend. Thanks, guys!

Amazing service and on such short notice! I’ve always trusted discount tire for free air checks, and they’ve even patched my tire up for free. This time I needed new tires and I didn’t even think twice about taking my car to them, superb service even though they were super busy! Thank you guys for getting me back on the road safely!

I came in for new tires before i went on a very long roadtrip and i felt like they robbed me in broad daylight lol.i was fine buying all 4 new tires coming out to $850 but after they installed them they call us over to tell us i need new lug nuts, so another $50.after that they call us in to tell us ONE of my rims are bad and are telling me the consequences on how my tire would get affected by all the pressure on it over time.shows me the cost of my original ford rims and its about $400 for one alone.shows me an aftermarket one for about $560 for all 4, i hesitated but i got the aftermarket rims since the ford one would have to be delivered to their store on a different day.the young guy offers us a “payment plan” with “no interest” and then towards the end had let us know its a credit card we’re receiving in the mail lol.mind you ive let them know im taking off that same day for a 14hr drive and they kept coming back to let me know they found more things to add onto my car.my total came up to almost $1500.to make things worse? They kept everything.when i got home i thought id have my rims in the trunk but to my surprise it was empty.my original Ford rims were kept and so were my tires.i dont care much about the tires but i don’t understand why they had to keep my rims? Especially if they said only 1 was gonna be giving me issues.the only reason why i didnt go back to the store is because i had to be on the road as soon as i got home.i didnt get their names but the only one that actually treated us with proper customer service was from el paso.the other guys literally only had interests in making us buy more and more things.

The whole team here was super helpful and worked quick and effectively when I had a massive nail in my tire. Darien especially, I know I can rely on this Discount Tire for anything that comes up

The store manager Chris at this location is a really great guy and was a great help to me as a customer and will definitely be back!

I made an appointment online to have 4 new tires put on and was in and out in under 20 minutes. I was in line longer waiting for the store to open than I was waiting for them to finish work on my car. Whatever staff meeting they have in the mornings to prep for the day is working. They were super customer-friendly and really efficient.

Had a bolt in my tire and was not going to make it home.
They were closed. But were doing inventory.
Mike G came out and inspected my tire and went above and beyond and patched it up.

Great service, friendly, fast and efficient. I always buy my tires here. Lately the sales reps have been a little too pushy. Shouldn't have to decline new tires multiple times throughout a conversation.

Very very busy store right on Silicon drive across from the Walmart and you've got all this hodgepodge of traffic pulling in and out and in and out in and out I thought it was a scene from from the plaza de Piazza in Rome around the Coliseum was insane I mean there was no place to park but they are very very knowledgeable they know what they're doing I had a 4: 00 appointment but they were so busy it was going to be backed up so I had to reschedule again for the next day at 10: 00 my tires thank God about their certificates on the tires they explained to me like where the tread depth was they repaired the and took out the ginormous screw there in my tire balanced and rotated and and had me out the door in about an hour not bad that was on an appointment though you better make an appointment if you go to the store you're going to be waiting a long long time
