Brandon was at Burleson and has now moved to Cleburne location, I will always go wherever he goes. He always listens to my questions and issues that may come up.answers everything! He is very honest and the customer service is top notch. He makes sure my vehicles are taken care of. I highly recommend him and DT!

Had not been to this location before. Had a patch that was completed at another Discount Tire location that was leaking air. Not only did Dustin and the team identify the leak but also was honest and upfront about an issue the patch had. Thanks to the team for taking care of the family. Will be going to this location from now on. Customer for life.

Not sure I could have had a more pleasant experience. Spent a decent amount of time on the phone discussing the best tire options for my truck and ended up going with a set that would need to be ordered. They arrived the same day and I was informed that afternoon.

I made my way over to the shop - I didn’t wait long and my tires were on and I was back on my way.

The front driver's side tire was wearing quickly and today I noticed strips of belts showing through the rubber. (Certainly there are better ways to say that, but I think you get my problem) The guy that checked me in at Disc Tire was awesome. He told me up front that my tire may be hard to find for today but he could special order it. That simply wouldn't do, so he checked inventory from over 240 stores in the DFW area and provided me a list of locations that had the tire I needed. He was polite, knowledgable, and understanding as he listened to my situation. These guys went above and beyond to help me find what I needed so I give these guys a 5 star rating.

Tires replaced in about 30 minutes. Only had two new tires put on. It's a look disorganized right now due to covid19. We decided to ask what to do and where to park. I had made an appointment, so I expected the team to know what I wanted. Luckily I brought in the info off the website. It's better if you pick your tires off the website and bring in the screenshot with you. The team seemed a little intense today. They appeared to be busy.

Great service at reasonable prices. I take all of our vehicles here to get serviced. They also carry trailer tires and rims.

As usual, the guys inside were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I have found my new tire place.

Took my van to a local Goodyear to have the tires balanced then took a long distance trip which Goodyear made the vibration worse than it ever has been found a Discount Tire explained to them what the problem was and they hooked me up they took the old weights off rebalanced the tires and now the van rides smooth now.

It was awesome from the minute I walked through the door. I was kept well informed of how long it would take.when they were finished with my vehicle the service agent walks me to my truck.it was awesome!

Professional Staff! Lincoln is always smiling& ready to assist. Clean restrooms and coffee is always ready right up to almost closing time. Nope, those are not your tires in that old Jeep, LOL!

Fantastic experience. I bought rims for less than the stock ones. I bought Pirelli tires. The rattles and d squeaking has disappeared.

I had a great experience at this location. Brandon helped me greatly with figuring out what tires I needed and explained fully how the sizes would affect my Jeep. He even tolerated me having to call him back multiple times so I could consult with my husband. The people working at this shop were great all around and definitely took care of us. I am super greatful for this team, and would definitely recommed to others!

Had a way better experience here than I did the other location Dallas helped me and he actually cared. He showed me the options of tires and prices explained the warranty and how long the tires could possibly last. I am very thankful to him for this. I got nothing from the other store expect pay this and you get these tires. I tried to ask questions and kept getting the run around. They didnt even check my other tires like I had asked. So I will definitely be coming back to see Dallas.

Blew a trailer tire on 67. Brandon drove put to help recover me, replaced the wheel and tire and i was on my way. Amazing customer service.

This place is great! Very curious, spot on with times. I got new rear tires 5 days ago, the one I went to in Abilene did not check my front tires at all. My car started shaking Brought it to these guys and they got my car back in the 30 minutes they said it would take, regaurdless that I had to buy new tires they have treated me very well, they are very fair and I don't feel like they are just trying "to make a sale"
I wish I would have gotten my rear tires here it would have saved me a trip.

Bit of a wait but find a tire shop that doesn't make you wait awhile. Good service, friendly knowledgeable staff.

It's a great place to wait to have your tire service while your grandson screams and Carries On. Everybody Makes believe they don't hear anything.
