I was in a rush due to a flat tire. I left it with them and they answered all my questions with.we always do that. When I picked it up, they hadn’t even done what the invoice stated. They also charged me for services that I don’t even understand. But they responded with My Pleasure so I guess they feel like they give good customer service

I bought 4 new tires and when I picked up my car the back lift gate was scratched from possibly removing tire and putting spare back in. I was told the manager that does all claims was not there that day and would call me back the next day and never did I then did my survey also requesting someone call me back and they still have not contacted me It will a week on Monday. I am very disappointed and feeling dismissed.

Brutal Experience. Didn’t have the tires I needed in stock when I first came here on a Tuesday. Had to wait until Friday. Was told I could arrive between 12-1 and the tires would be there (delivery by FedEx). Arrived shortly after noon to no tires. Was told between 12-1 delivery time. At the time I’m writing this it is 3: 15 PM. Still no tires in sight. I understand that it being delivered by FedEx they are not really in control but they have been absolutely terrible in managing my experience. No apologies, no sensitivity, no offers to make allowances to change my experience. Just blank stares. Waiting almost four hours at this point. Should’ve gone to Firestone.

I've used these guys a couple times. On one occasion, they didn't have my tire in stock, they quickly ordered a new one and installed in short order. More recently, we had a flat with a nail in the tire. They fixed and patched it for my wife for free. I'll definitely be back.

My one and only place for tires. They match online prices and always take care of us quickly with great customer service.

They just trying to sell tires, they don’t fix your tire if it’s flat, this is exactly scamming because my tire is new but they didn’t fix it

Very busy location but the staff worked hard to get me done as quickly as they could. All staff that interacted with me were wearing masks correctly.

Ordered 4 Cooper CS5 Gt tires for my wife's Sienna and she couldn't be happier with them. The level of service is top notch at this location, very polite and very professional. I highly recommend this store for your tire needs.

This place is not run well. People who checked in after me left before my truck was pulled in. I was only getting a balance and rotation. Then, they lost the key to my wheel locks and told me I had to go to the dealership and get another key and come back. The manager was unresponsive and ignored me when I tried to talk to him. I have had much better service at the other McKinney discount tire.

Definitely the cheapest place to get tires and the best road hazard warranty you can get! They have a true road hazard warranty they replaced your tire free of cost no matter what the tread depth is it's not a pro-rated warranty like Walmart or the other places and I couldn't find a better price anywhere else and friendly staff the only thing there's usually at least an hour wait if not 2 hours so good idea to make an appointment!

The service at this location is excellent. My wife and I are vagabonds with means traveling from CA. Don't hold that against us. We love Chick-Fil-a and Discount Tires. They are the same as America's Tires in CA. There training and excellent service is consistent no matter what state you're in. It's great to know in advance how you'll be treated. Thank you DT!

Great service here despite how busy this location is. Colin helped me pick a great set of rims and tires. He was knowledgeable and patient, but never pushy. Much better than any other tire shops I️ visited in the area. Service was fast and professional, and the prices were competitive. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone who wants good prices, large selection of options, and confidence in what they buy.

Keith is the MAN! I only buy tires from him and I followed him around the Metroplex as he has moved from store to store over the years. He always gives me a great deal and fantastic service.

Nice facility, but be prepared to wait. Very busy facility during the day. I bought new wheels, and prices are competitive. Definitely recommended.

I've came to this location before and they've taken care of me very quickly for the tire air checks. Today it took almost 10 mins for someone to ASK what I needed help with for something that would have taken 2 minutes. In those 10 mins at least 5 of the guys saw me, made eye contact, and turned around.

Service was a little slow. 2 hours to balance and rotate my tires. But I did not have an appointment dropped in on expected.

The best thing about this place is that it's predictable and they are really spot on about when the work will be done. Seating sucks.

Wait is long and they don't use all bays. Plenty of room to improve efficiency. Good product and friendly staff.
