Discount Tire, Gun Barrel City TX

We recently got all 4 tires replaced and they got it all done in less than half an hour. Great service and the place was so clean.

We stopped in for a flat tire on our Ford Dually. It turned out we needed the two inside tires replaced. They had the tires in stock and took care of our needs right then. We have always used Discount Tire. They seem to have the same quality employees and service at all of their locations. Of course we will be back.

Great customer service! As always, they're very professional and exceed my expectations. I quit going to another tire shop I used for years because the service is nowhere near what I get here at discount tire.

They worked in the rain to put valve stem extenders on our RV. These guys went out of their way to get us serviced quickly and back on the road.

Friendly and knowledgeable I really appreciate these folks. They were able to discover that I had a sensor bad on my tire and it wasn't low but my light was coming on

I went in to buy 4 Goodyear 275/60 20” Allterrain tires. The Salesman said they didn’t have four but had four Goodyear Ultraterrain tires. He went on to say they gave a better mpg, a superior grip on the road and better ride. Unfortunately I bought the hyped Ultraterrain. Fact, my vehicle averaged 21.6 mpg with the Allterrain tires. I have made four 850 mile trips with the Ultraterrain tires. Best mpg has been 17.6. The ride is like 16 ply trailer tires. If it is raining, I have never seen a tire so prone to hydroplaning. These are the worst tires I have ever owned, I have been driving for52 years. When I went back to the Discount Tire store to complain I was told All Sales Are Final! But they had several similar complaints. In their old add they use to say if you didn’t like a tire to bring it back and showed an old lady throwing a tire through their window, she must have had an Ultraterrain tire experience. Discount Tire has lost a customer.

Love my new tires. I go in monthly to get the air checked on the tires. The entire staff is customer friendly. Thanks to all of the staff.

These guys are so amazing. They literally were my hero’s today. The gun barrel city team is the bomb. They will do everything they can to help you out! Thank you guys for all you did for me. I would not buy tires from anyone else, I’ve always gotten my tires from discount tire and always will.

My daughter took my car in to check a tire. Don't know the details but she brought it back with a brand new tire at no charge and said they were very courteous. What an awesome thing for this old lady, grateful! Thank you

Quick and efficient. Clean shop and sales office/waiting area. Large parking lot with plenty of parking. Busy but they were able to replace our tires quickly. Compared to our usual locations in Round Rock and Pflugerville, this was just as professional and prompt. Will definitely do business here again! Recommended

We were in a bit of difficulty today with a puncture on a RV tire. The staff were kind and courteous. They did inform us it was gonna be a bit of a wait but they beat that time with their awesome teamwork. We were in, out and back on the road quickly. Thank you!

I had a flat tire from another tire store of which there is not a location nearby. Discount tire quickly changed it out and did not charge me anything. They were very professional!

I had to go and get a tire repaired on my 2019 F-150. I called and talked to Casey before I went. He was very professional and answered all my questions. When I arrived I met Adrian. He was also very professional and courteous. I was there less than an hour as they were very busy. I will go back to them for all my tire needs. If you need tires go see these guys, they are absolutely fantastic. Update: Yesterday 07/24/23 I had to get new tires for my 2019 F-150. Thanks to Crus and Lee, I was able to get them put on quickly and painlessly. Thank you to both of these gentlemen.

So so customer service. Witnessed a “manager” screaming at an employee in front of other employees AND customers. Didn’t catch the managers name, but I won’t be going back to this discount tire ever again.
