Discount Tire, Alvin TX

Absolutely amazing! I buy my car tires through discount, but had a “simple” issue with my motorhome. The staff showed me what I needed to do and topped off my tires. It was wonderful customer service: when the time comes, I know where I’m buying my motorhome tires from.

Today January 12,2024 I went to discount tire. To get a new set off tires put on my truck. The best service and guarantee you can get from a company. They stand by there word. I had and issue Joshua D K solved my issue. They really care about people you are a person not just a workorder number to there employees. THANKS

I went online to look at tire prices. The tires that I was looking at were cheaper at Walmart but Discount Tire price matches. I submitted a price match claim online. They sent me an email about 15 minutes later saying that the price match was approved but I need to visit the store to process it. The next afternoon at 5: 15 we were driving by so we decide to go in and ask about the price match and see if we could get an appointment for the next day since they closed at 6. He asked if we wanted to go ahead and get the tires now. We were in an out in 20 minutes. It wasn't our first trip to Discount Tire and it won't be our last.

Raymond, You excel at serving your customers. Great job! Even when customers are difficult, you still manage to give them feedback in a timely and constructive manner. I saw how you handled a customer in a very professional approach. Keep being great!

Always great prices for tires! Wish they were quicker on service, but they are always busy!

Employees at least a couple of them quite rude didn't print my ticket when I came to the counter the first time and had me sitting there manager over talked and basically told me to shut up outside and listen to him versus actually hearing what I was asking.asking called me back in to finally print my ticket

I came by this location after having a bad experience elsewhere.

Manager Josh and Alex were very helpful and went above and beyond to ensure that I was safe before getting back on the road.

We've been to other spots in the past, but we'll be lifelong customers now, for sure!

Micah is a lifesaver and helped me get all four of my tires replaced when I thought I’d only be able to replace two of them. Everytime I’ve come here they provide excellent service and genuinely care about the safety and budget of their customer. I was so close to going to Walmart for the price, but I’m so glad I decided to come to discount tire instead. 10/10 Amazing service! Thank you Micah!

In and out in 45 minutes. Balance and rotate tires. Also bought 2 more tires to put on RV wheels.

They are always happy to help. Now they have a employee puts air in your tires and tells u what life u have with ur tires. Thank you. Jason

Why schedule a time when it doesnt matter when your vehicle will get looked at. Sat 2 hours last time wnp knows this time.

Was very thankful that Joshua put my name on the list when i called and told him i was on my way. Help cut down on the time immensely. Ty Joshua will be back for my other tires.

Me and my mom have been going here for years. The guys here are honest and professional. They really make you feel that they care about your safety on the road because they do!

The website sucks which is where you are directed to go when you try to call, Oh and when you call, Yeah you get forgot about on hold. Honestly get better service at Walmart.

The app was virtually worthless. I couldn't get an appointment or purchase the ties.
The 5 star rating is for the guys at this store. I got the tires installed with new TPMS units in each. He got the tires picked out, tested the TPMS units (I bought them from another company), charged my (lost) Discount Tire credit card and did a complete mount and balance in about an hour. There was some difficulty with programming the TPMS, but my battery completely failed at that time. Blame the extreme heat. They worked around it, I replaced the battery and programming was done, free, without delay.

Josh and his team are so nice and always so helpful! Wouldn’t take my car anywhere else! Thank you for all you do Josh!

Super fast and efficient service which is GREAT news when you're going to the tire shop. These guys did a fantastic job changing all 4 of my tires in under 1 hour.
