I called them on a Saturday morning, they were very quick to respond, and answer my questions. Even with 3 people ahead of me they got me taken care of, and on my way. The price was also hard to beet.

Definitely going back to them for my future tire needs.

Brandon has made our first visit to Discount Tire fantastic. He treated us with compassion and professionalism even though we were dumb about our tires.
He also saw an opportunity to offer additional services for our vehicle and services that would benefit our company.

Just a great place to go. Had a screw in my tire they had me in and out less than 15 mins before i could even get a couple sips of coffee. Just nicest bunch workers. I alway discount tire customer because of customer service, price and free flat repairs

Shop is run by Veterans and it shows. Shop is clean, everyone in here hustles, and everyone is polite and service oriented. There may be a wait, but they ensure that wait is comfortable.

Brought my Jeep Wrangler in for a rotation, and ran into several Jeep life issues. Charles (store manager) took the task on personally and fixed my red Wrangler up. He was patient and kind and very detailed and the work needed and done personally by him. He's the man with the plan. I'll trust him with all my future tire needs and on my favorite NITTO tires. Great job Charles, you deserve a raise AND a vacation!

I've always had a good experience at Discount Tire. The Palestine, TX store didn't let me down. I pulled in needing some bolts to hold my center cap for my mags on. Blake hooked me right up as a courtesy. Makes me even more glad that I bought my mags and tires from here. Thanks again Discount Tire Palestine, TX.

Have been comparing prices and I am finding Discount Tire was $100 each more for Goodyear tires and $50 each more Nokian as compared to Walmart. Is there a problem. Discount Tire is making extreme profits, so much so they bought out Tire Rack and raised all of their prices as well. Installation cost and tire warranty is more than Walmart. So, what is Discount Tire? It's High Priced tire now unfortunately. You should really look around. Discount Tire is making record profits.it's no longer about trying to save money. Time for a name change

Rusty and his staff were amazing. Rusty worked for days to get the correct wheel, tire, and lift for my 2022 Ram!

Top-notch people up there at discount tire whichever one you go to in any city it's great. Two flats less than a week one not repairable boom have the warranty just put the warranty back on it and then boom a week and a half later to have the same tire get something a puncture in it and they fix it no problem no questions asked. Always taken care of properly! This is how customer service is done.

I'm always treated well, the staff is very respectful and addresses any concerns or questions I may have. Prices are great and they've always honored any warranty claims I've had. Service is quick and professional.

These guys are absolutely GEMS. I hit a nail on my road trip for work and they patched my rental in 20 mins. I swear, they just took all my unease away and got me set up for the trip home, and it's my first time ever stepping in this store.
