I went to get a whole new set of tires. I was in and out within an hour! I did have an appointment. Very professional and helpful. I'm so excited about my new tires!

I placed an order online for a replacement tire since I punctured one of my own this morning on my way to work. Between placing the order online and walking out of the store with my tire replaced, the whole process took less than an hour. Even though they were busy, they were super friendly and fast. Definitely recommend them if you need a tire replaced asap!

Ordered tires online seamlessly. Called to reschedule our installation effortlessly. Got the tires changed and was on my way in 30 mins after my arrival. Discount Tire operates like well-oiled machine. This was my time using them but I'm now a customer for life.

Came in with a nail in the back tire of my new truck and also thought I would ask if they would rotate the tires even though I didn't purchase my tires from Discount and they were more than happy to. Great deals on tires. Got a flat and they replaced my new tire with the same for only 14 bucks in less than 30 minutes

Although this location can get very crowded, they deliver good service. Have never been in on weekends so I don't know how fast it is on Saturdays.

The manager came out to my car to examine a low tire, then proceeded to rip my tire apart so that I would have to buy a new one. Shady business here

Don't bother booking an appointment because if you show up at your appointment time you still end up waiting. They fit you in when they have an opening. They don't run their business efficiently. You can stand in line for 10 minutes while someone is on the phone. This place is frustrating.

I had a great experience at this tire location. I have brought both my cars here over the years and they are always honest and fair. They have great prices. They have friendly service people. I get my tire pressure checked for free whenever the light comes on. They even have a fast track lane to check your tire pressure, you do not even get out of the car! They will fill your tires with air and aend you on you're merry way, No charge! I love this location!

Helped me even when they didn’t have any obligation. Needed a powerful impact wrench to adjust my toe hitch and they did not hesitate to help.

They repaired my Tire leak for free, had to wait little bit more, but their service was at par with best in the industry

I came in ten minutes til close. I was back on the road quickly and easily with no problems. Very nice.

Apparently someone refunded our warranty on our tires a month AFTER we bought it.because, you know, that's how extended warranties work, if you don't end up using it, you can just go get your money back. Then the guy tells me, "well, it happens more often than you think. " And you wonder why people don't bother buying the certificate. Because even if you do buy it there's always some reason for you to still need to come out of pocket. And even if someone hadn't "refunded" our warranty, they didn't even have the same tire we have on the truck. $1000 set of tires, and you're going to make me pay for a mismatch $80 tire. Just a poor experience.

Servicemen were open and upfront. The work was done in a timely manner and everything was gone over including the warranty. Would recommend this place to anyone needing tires

I like this branch of Discount tire. The solved my problems, and I was able to make an appointment online and leave it and come back when it was done. The only bummer was there was 5 people ahead of me when I walked in the door. That was the longest I had to wait.
