Discount Tire, Houston TX

So disrespectful. I understand that my husband is with me but I am paying for the tires and they are going on my truck. No acknowledgement that I was even standing there, never even looked at me or spoke to me
Then put his (my husband's) name on my receipt. I won't be back here ever again.

Prompt customer service! Whenever I come to this place, I am greeted courteously. They are pretty fast in terms of service too. One thing I like is that they are patient with thier customers and make sure they explain if something is needed

Made an appointment for 2: 00 pm on a Monday afternoon, finally took the car at 2: 35, what was the point of making an appointment?

Buyer beware, no regards to your safety and won't honor their warranty!

Do NOT shop at this location, or let your wife, daughter, friends shop here either.

I purchased 4 brand new top of the line Michelin tires with road hazard warranty.

Not long after, I noticed a cut in the sidewall, approximately 3 inches long and about 1/8" deep.

I took the vehicle in to have this taken care of

Discount tire did not want to conver this under the road hazard warranty, claiming that this was purely cosmetic

Then they said they could put a "patch" on the cut.

I explained to them that I tow up to 8,500lbs and that I must have reliable tires, in the event of a blowout it would put not only what I'm towing in danger, but myself and vehicle as well.

They assured me that a 3 cut in the sidewall was purely cosmetic and the tires integrity is 100%

I already knew this, but as you can see, this is a sign inside Discount Tire showing sidewalls are not repairable.

After arguing with the manager, and warning other customers what was going on, the manager acted like he was doing me a favor (even though I had a warranty) and offered to "go ahead and replace it since I have bought allot of tires and didn't have any claims"

How many customers do they send out of this location with dangerous tires?

Guaranteed if I didn't have a warranty and it was my dime it would have been "oh no, no no, we can't repair sidewalls, come look at this sign let me explain", but when it's under warranty and on their dime, all the sudden it's "cosmetic" or it can be repaired to 100% integrity, even towing over 8,500lbs it'll be perfectly fine.

Discount gives the best deal. But they damaged one of my rims. All 4 tires had different pressures (had to fix once I checked it). And, gave 3 different caps on 4 different tires. (That are paid for). Not pleased.

Fast and reliable service; when in at 5pm and they went to another store to pick up 2 tires for my vehicle and had me out with 4 new tires by 6: 15pm

The staff here was extremely helpful. I appreciated their promptness and special attention to details.

Amazing experience! I had a tire on my 2017 Jeep with a leak.wasn't sure what was going on since it only has 11k miles on it. They found a nail, fixed the leak and didn't charge me a dime! They were so nice and I was in/out of there in 45 minutes! I know where I'll be going when the time comes to replace my tires!

Great company! Make sure to get the tire insurance as they will replace tires for zero charge if you run over a nail or worse.

Was ok. Longer wait than expected, broke my wheel lock or so they say, not much communication or updates.

Love this Discount Tire location. I have purchased my tires from this location for years and always will buy from them. They have courteous counter employees and always take care of the customer. They also have a great selection of tires and stand behind them. I came in today and Brandon took excellent care of my tire issue in a very timely manner. I also appreciate the fact that they check all tires for wear and safety each time I come in. Keep up the great work!

I ordered a set of tires online, but unfortunately they didn't get ordered to the store for my appointment. Ivan took great care of me and got me the right tires in a very timely manner. All the guys there are quite knowledgeable and very professional. Looking forward to doing business here again soon.

My visit for two new tires was quick and painless. I was taken care of by the store manager, David, and he was great. All the employees I saw during my wait were helpful and courteous to the other patrons. The waiting area was spotless and they had coffee going. I was in and out within 30 minutes. Me and my car are happy.

This location has such a friendly and helpful staff. The customer service is exceptional at this location and they really do go out of their way to help you.

Big shout out to these guys! They stayed open late to help a stranded business lady get back on the road very quickly and safely.before my 3 year old could even think of having a melt down. Good job!

Came here for a tire repair no-charge. Prompt fast service and great customer service from Logan. He even changed his shirt to repair the tire himself since they were busy.

I was in and out in 30 minutes. Sales team was not pushy. They did not they give me the felling that they just wanted me to go away becuase I was bothering them. I was happy with the experience start to finish.
