Orlando Gus and crew were wonderful from the start. They had to order tire and they got in days earlier than anticipated. When I showed up they got me right in line and got started immediately. They even got my wheel emblems level before dropping my truck and handing me the keys back.

Can’t say enough great things about Renee, Gus and Orlando at this location. From multiple flat repairs, ordering a replacement wheel lock to a new set of Continentals - these guys take exceptional care of their customers. I will buy my tires from no one else!

They were helpful and handled my 2 tire requests but inspected the back tires and patched a nail they found in one. Thank you for your great customer service and thoroughness!

Long time customer. Guy in bay blew me off and said he'd get someone out to look at my concern.never happened. Had to go in after wait and start over

Scratched my wheels on my brand new SUV, lost a factory valve cap, and got grease all over the interior. Manager tried to say rims were already like that. Sales associate also spent more time working with someone who was negotiating $10 off a used tire when I already paid $900+ (for 2 tires) and am there waiting for 35 min past my appointment time to even have my vehicle started on. I had to call corporate to rectify the issue. Go to Costco instead.

With the cold weather that just arrived that pesky "low tire" light came on. I pulled in to have my tires checked, and the technician ("Louis") at the air check station was friendly, courteous, and professional in handling my needs. It has to be one of the lesser desired tasks at the dealership, yet he was eager to take care of concerns and quickly had me on my way home.

I know absolutely nothing about cars, tires, etc, so I HATE getting ANY kind of auto work done because I always feel like I'm getting taken advantage of. Not so at Discount Tire! Both locations I've been to have given me professional, speedy service. Thanks Gus, Hunter, Orlando, and the rest of the crew!

I originally came in for a free tire rotation but that wouldn't save my worn out tires. Got replacement tires with great warranty 62k miles.

Highly Recommend Discount Tire, they are very professional and very kind. I got a screw in my tire Saturday night and Plugged it myself but i didn't put the tire back on because the weather got bad. Monday morning they took care of me and i was able to get to work in time.super happy I'm having such a great Monday so far and it all started with you Discount Tire!

I always come here for all my tire needs and have received great service! Most recently, I ran over a nail and they replaced the tire for free since i originally bought the set there.

A guy named Shay helped me out, quick effecient good group of guys. Mike even fixed my flat for free because it was Tuesday.

They will always find a reason to not fix your tire but instead are happy to sell you a new set. If you have a leaky tire get it fixed elsewhere. When you need new tires come here but plan to wait at spend 2 hours even with an appointment.

Took my step mom's car there with a tire light on. The nice gentleman checked the 4 tires, and suggested we check the full size spare in the trunk. It seemed like a lot of work, but he totally went the extra mile for me, FOR FREE! The light went off after he inflated the tire in the trunk. I love this company!

It's a discount Tire.not much else to say. They did have fast, courteous service as usual. My son got a tire replaced and I got an air check.

None better! They repair flats for free. They have air check stations and the employees set the correct pressure and check all four. Never over or under inflated.

This is a well run store. The staff are courteous, knowledagable and easy to talk to. They quickly got to my car, changed the tire, and got me back on the road. Michael was especially helpful.

Something as simple as valve caps seem to elude these guys. I had a tire replaced and one repaired on June 4. I left short 2 valve caps. I returned today June 11 for another repair and specifically asked to be sure all valve caps were in place. Disappointed again. Really guys is this so tough?

In addition, professionalism is a JOKE.

With a line waiting 5 min before your opening time you have an office fool of people joking around with their backs to the line. It's one thing to have an opening time.its a whole different thing to just be blatantly rude

Huge fan of Discount Tire. I was a frequent customer when I lived in Houston. Very nice to find a convenient location while I am in Dallas. Customer service is fantastic. They fixed my flat tire for free! Wish we had a store in Nacogdoches.

Because of the road hazard warranty I got two tires there new again because one tire had tread separation and the other one was non-repairable as it came off the rim flat I don't know the issue but it was $18.50 * 2 for two tires because I paid for the road hazard warranty for the tires in advance when I bought the tires new in 2010 so as well worth it to have that road hazard warranty
