Discount Tire, El Paso TX

Went there to get my car's tires checked and Jonathon was friendly and courteous. We've bought our last two sets of tires at Discount.

I checked in as required in which I was told by the desk rep. I was number 3 in line.returning after 15-20 minutes to be told my check in time had disappeared. Ok no problem right, nope. I purchased 2 new tires and was told by the desk rep, Steven to wait in my car until he comes out to get me. (30 minutes or more) he Never showed up. Thank Goodness, I went back inside to be told I lost my place in line, and folks who came in after me was before me and they didn’t have an appointment. How do we fix? If you tell a customer something, please try to
Commit to that and if things change please communicate that to the customer

I gave it a 3 star due to there was a system in place however human dimension can impact the desired outcome

I like it the staff was very efficient and I was help right away, My tires were not in stock but they place a order rignt away, I do like to deal with business like that. Thank you.

Grate service, friendly costumer service and clean facility. This is the place I always come back to buy my tires I recommend it to my friends and family

Employees are awesome. It wasnt until i talked to the manager he started being rude and had a high tempered tone in his voice.

Went to have 4 new tires installed. They were not busy at all. Sales rep would not honor their own website price. Said no thanks and walked away. Bad service. Bad attitude.

We went in because my tire pressure light kept coming on. The gentleman showed me that it was indeed my front tires splitting apart. I had expressed I couldn't afford brand new tires, and he found used ones for me for initially 10 bucks a piece. Understanding my situation, he replaced my tires at no cost, with a promise of getting my alignment done to prevent anymore damage. Absolutely fantastic service, and I couldn't be more grateful. I buy almost all my tires from Discount. This has by far been the best store location I've ever been to.

If you buy your tires anywhere else you will be paying more for them and not getting as a good a service experience as you get at Discount Tire. I have bought all my tires here since 1988.

Fast and friendly. You can check online for any rebate promotions they are running at any given time. It's pretty easy to submit the rebates too. Just need the rebate code and invoice number to submit online and the mail the rebate to you.

The team at this discount tire is top notch. They treated me in ways that I can’t thank enough. Went in for a flat and they provided fast, efficient, and friendly service. Keep up the amazing work!

Fast and friendly service with a large stock of tires on hold for purchase. You shouldn't have to wait long getting a tire fixed or tires replaced here at Discount Tire.

Bought new tires here 2 weeks ago. Two sensors mysteriously go out at the exact same time. Had me pay for sensors. Never again.

We showed up here they were super busy on a Friday. We needed a tire checked when the associate told us it would be 2 hrs wait time. We decided to leave instead of waiting that was too long of a wait time. The place was clean and they were busy but still pleasant.
