This was the first time coming to this location for tire services, and they were amazing! Very professional staff both the front desk employees and the mechanics as well. I recommend them because as a female getting any vehicle maintenance services it can be difficult for us. This establishment was very welcoming and understood what I needed for my vehicle. I was not pressured or forced into getting services I do not need, which I appreciated. They also offer military discounts here too. I got brand new tires and my new tires installation was about 45 minutes wait and now my car runs better. Thank you so much everyone I appreciated all your hard work.

Mark took good care of me. At first I call the Discount Tire in Harker Heights. I was told they wouldn't have what I was looking for and two day. Then I called Discount Tire in Killeen and talk to Mark and he took my order and said he will have it tomorrow. Great customer service in Killeen.

Excellent service as always! They are always friendly and they work hard and fast. It was very busy but I had 2 other employees ask if I had been helped after I had. I highly recommend getting full coverage on your tires. Because I had it, my replacement tire was covered and as a single parent, every penny counts. I've included pictures of my blown and replacement tire.

They had to constantly call to reassure what they were doing to the vehicles tires. Even though they were constantly told what needed to be done.

They forgot to put the Tube cap for the tires. Mediocre service.

One of our tire was losing air every day. We heard about Discount and went in to check it out and point our tire problem. Customer service was at the top! Employees were very friendly, helpful and honest! They told us that we didn't need a new tire. They fixed ours for free! We will definitely return there if we ever need a tire.

Great customer service. They provide free tire inspections and repair. Unfortunately the plug they provided to fix my flat wasnt sealed properly and kept leaking. Long story short, I ended up purchasing a tire from walmart to replace the flat tire I had.

The guys here are always working hard and very helpful, especially William, Anthony, and Jorge. The guys here really take pride in their work.

The only place we go for tires. The staff is great. They always get me a great deal and i appreciate their effort.

Make an appt. Takes about an hour for 2 tires changed. The didn't try to put on more than i could afford!

Love to buy my tires at discount tire.it took a few but what I didn't like was i ask if they could put my spare no under my truck but they didn't.

Not always the right price when they tell you these are the tires your vehicle has to have, I should have stayed with Wal-Mart at least their prices were better and lower.

Yes they are fast and prompted about selling tire but not so curious and carrying out detail been asked. And have suspension about the steel-headed nail I had in wedge of my driver side tire, beside one nail whole in middle of the same tire? !

The costume service was great but I found a dent about 1/2 of inch on one of mi rims, like they drop it or throw something heavy at it that looks really bad. With that say I would not trust a expensive rims to them because they suppose to be careful to not damage the rims at the moment of the installation

Despite a couple of hiccups with my tires being ordered, the staff was always polite. They also replaced the spare tire under my truck with the new one.

Went in today to have them put my 9 yr old spare on in replace of a tire that’s been showing wires. We don’t have money for new tires just yet but my glad I had Sly helping me. He was able to get me a new used tire for a price I was able to do. I’m so thankful he was willing to work with me. Thank you so much.

Very efficient operation. Pricey when they add additional charges, but overall decent value if you drive alot. A little slow sometimes, but, they are quite busy.
