Did my tire rotation for my Wife's Honda Odyssey & they messed up my lugnut & had to send me to a Mechanic to fix for free. But, that took too much of my day. So, next time I will ask them to put the caps on the lugnut by hand before screwing on by machine.

Always takes care of problem. Gives good, sound advice. Doesn't try to gouge you or overcharge. Explains options.

Had tires mounted and balanced with no issue. As busy as this place is, I feel they do the best as they can to socially distance while trying to make their way through the queue.

I've been going to this location for 2 years and never had a bad experience. The guys there are professional and do the job to the letter of the word. Honestly, it pays to book an appointment ahead of time as they tend to be pretty busy for walk-ins most days of the week. I am usually in and out within 45 minutes for a tire rotation and balance if I booked ahead. Prepare to wait 90 minutes or more without an appointment.

Excellent service quick also friendly. Even though they are busy this discount is the fastest ive been to.

The employees worked with me to ensure I was getting the best deal for my poor college student budget when my tires blew out.

Waited 4.5 hours for installation on a tire. I must have been skipped in line for some reason. Ridiculous.

Worst discount tire I have ever been to. Always super slow on even the simplest things to do even when not that busy. I suggest going to the one past 35 and off broadway and ymca they are faster and know what they are doing

I came in to get my Tires rotated which doesn’t take that long. The guy told me 1 to 1 1/2 hours to get it done. Waited 2 hours and still had 5 cars ahead of me. While everybody else that came before me and or was in line with me we’re already gone. Horrible estimation.

These guys are awesome, I had something stuck in my tire. And it was late and they were busy. With all that being said, they get it fixed and got me on my way. I can't say Thank you enough. Great customer service.

We buy our tires here. They are always helpful. I had big nail in my tire, a tire I did not buy from there because it's a new car. I took my car over there and they patched the tire for free. That's the way you keep customers coming back.

It definitely pays off to make an appointment. Scheduled a set of four tires for a Saturday morning. As you would expect, the place was full of people getting tires, repairs, etc. It took about ten minutes to get through the queue to the service desk. However, once I cleared that, my car was back to me less than 45 minutes after I handed over the keys and I was free to get on with my day.

Decent, and honest. That's impressive. Another (big name) place told me the flat could not be fixed and I had to buy a new tire. Discount people took a look, and said "sure, we can fix that! "

Customer service is always outstanding, 4 stars only because the wait is ridiculous. They are always incorrect with their quote time.

Wait. Wait.and more waiting. It takes entirely too long to get tires. But it is located next door to a strip center. So it's convenient to relax, get something to eat while you wait for your vehicle. I went to Subway. It was great!

I got the best deal ever. My money was very low and I share that with the representative and he was able to help me within my budget. Service was fast and friendly.
