You need tires? This is where you go. They have their act together and coast to coast shops to keep you on the road.

Joshua helped me out and provided excellent customer service. The wait time was only about 20 minutes and they patched my tire very quickly. Definitely will be returning to replace my tires in the next few weeks!

I ask for a inspection on my tires, but they only add air on them. They let me go with a nail on one of my tires.

I’ve purchased a few tires from this location in the past 6 months. I had a bubble in one of my run flats and it gave out on me only 4 months after I bought it. I came in and they took care of me without any hassle and I was out of there in an hour. I am more than satisfied with these guys. I won’t go anywhere else to buy tires.

Had the pleasure of purchasing tires at this location which were unable to be balanced 3 times. Swapped for another set of tires, still unbalanced. Took the car to Firestone, BALANCED! Shortly after, get a nail in one of the tires, return to have it replaced under warranty, and they order the wrong tire.after waiting 11 days for said tire to come in. I’ll never use this location again if I don’t have to.

The service is good you just gon have to wait a minute cuz you know cheap tires plus it's summer time.

I took my car here because my tire kept getting flat but would hold air. They told me there was no hole or leak in the tire well this morning I wake up and my tire is flat off the rim! I took the tire to another shop and they literally showed me where the hole was and plugged it. This location is obviously not trust worthy, all they’re trying to do is get you in and out. I will never return here again.

I won't go anywhere else. Decent pricing, great service, online appointments.

They did not replace my tires at this visit like I thought was required, instead explanation of how to evaluate my tires, Thank You for saving me time and money. Very honest!

The line inside was a little long at 8 but once I was waited on the entire process went really quickly. My two new tires were put on and I was out of there 30 minutes before they told me I would be. Everyone was very courteous as well. It was my first time at this location and it was a wonderful experience just like I have had at other locations.

Excellent service. I showed up at 8: 01 am on a Monday, and there were already 6 people ahead of me in line! The staff here moved through the line professionally and quickly, and I was on the road with a new tire by 8: 46 am.

Terrible. Long lines. They took forever. No one ever picks up the phone. After ubering back and forth with no update I was ready to give up and take my car back home.but that’s when they finally decided to pull it in to look at it. They don’t even carry run flat tires. Don’t expect anything from them except the absolute worst.

Good tires and wheels. Decent prices. Good service. Free psi check; they even send me an email reminder to come in to get my tires air pressure checked.

Best prices on all tires, including internet pricing. Awesome friendly, fast service and free repairs on tire leaks, punctures, nails and screws. After 15 years of using them, I won't go anywhere else. And I drive a performance sports car with expensive tires and this place beats BMW hands down.

Haven't had good service there the last couple of times. I'll probably go back to the store on Hampton for better, faster, friendlier service.
