Discount Tire, Mesquite TX

Got in and out very fast without an appointment before 5pm on a Monday. Couldn't believe it! Courtesy and professional service.

To give them SOME credit, I did show up 15 minutes before closing. I had a nail in my front passenger tire that I needed repaired. Once the car was in the bay and they had it off, I did not see what tire was off, I just knew they had one off, the mechanic inspected it, came back abd told the shop manager something. The manager then told me they couldb't repair my tire because it had a "sticky plug" in it. I decided to buy a new tire, they put it on and off I went. I go to leave for work the next day and "new tire" is FLAT. I walked around my car and noticed the new tire was on my drivers side NOT my passenger side. They changed the wrong tire, disposed of a perfectly good tire and left me with a bad on with a nail still in it. I was told I need to take the tire off bring it to them and they would give me a new one. The I would have to take it back home and find someone to put it on. I guess we'll see how it goes when I take it back.

Update: I took the car back and they told me they would have to look for my other tire (the good one they removed and charged me a disposal fee for) left the new one the drivers side, and put the one they took off on I am assuming my passenger rear and moved the rear to the front and they kept my cute little valve caps that came with the car and MATCHED THE OTHER SIDE and two of those ugly black ones back on so now I am mismatched! And now my car feels weird driving it.

I was told I was buying the exact tier.guess what it wasn't and they kept my caps of my tiers as well. I have called and called get placed on hold no one ever comes back on the line NO ONE CARES AT THAT STORE. I WAS NEVER EVEN GREARED WHEN I WALKED IN. SOMETHING IS UP WITH THIS I CAN FEEL IT. WATCH THEM WHEN THEY GET YOUR CAR DON'T JUST BUY A TIER
