6Brought a trailer in for repair, was quoted $500 for repairs, not too happy with an unexpected and definitely unapproved $1200 bill
This is a business that provides an assortment of repairs ranging from tires, suspension, and brake work. They also do routine maintenance such as oil changes.
The people are friendly and knowledgeable.
They also have a retail area where you can buy an assortment of items to meet any truck or trailer needs.
These guys and gals are the best. Coming from San Antonio my tire was going flat and they got me right in and got it repaired immediately and had me back on the road quickly! You couldn’t ask for better service. Thank you all!
Not to excited with them. Was quoted a lower price than I payed. They broke one of my tpms sensors and tried to replace it with a regular valve stem. The girl in charge gave me attitude when I was asking questions. They couldn't reprogram my tpms after they broke one so now I have to go back again after waiting for over 2 hours the first time. Pretty sure I'll go somewhere else next time after I get my tpms fixed if they'll even honor that.
On a Monday and said they can install rear airbags on my F350 by Thursday/Friday but need to confirm the parts availability with their vendor and would call back so I could arrange to drop off my truck. She never called me back but since I texted her pictures of my truck, I sent her a text at about 5: 30 and she called saying she ordered the parts. I inquired on which system and I want specific ones so she’d had to get back to me in the morning with the order invoice. She never called which she was suppose to be in the morning so I called at about 11: 30am and was told she wasn’t in the office today. The lady I was dealing with (Sally) called me and now stated she can’t install it now… after they ordered the parts and confirmed it was ready to install. So FYI if you have a flatbed they won’t install.
Well, let me tell you. My wife was having issues with her battery. David sent someone out to jump start the SUV in a snap. He then took down the vehicle info over the phone and had the battery ordered and delivered in an extremely fast manner. Superb, professional and respectful. This shop goes above and beyond.
