Very unprofessional, sarcastic, and an outdated facility. Owner is rude and gives sob stories about why he can’t get jobs done. Employees were arguing with each other telling each other mind your business. Never again! Sorry I came!

Went by there today 5/14/21 and had great service from a young gentleman named Chris. Very knowledgeable and really friendly. Great customer service will be back to see him!

Went there to get some things for a program I was joining and the first encounter with one of the old white male salesman there was very unpleasant. He kept pushing to try to get me to buy something and when I refused and asked for the item I needed, he told me he wasn’t going to help me because I wasn’t buying. Terrible way to try and assist a customer. He was just rude especially with how he talks.

Was told to wait, while I watched others get service who came in after me. I got what I needed, by exercising a lot of patience. Can't be in a rush. Come ready to wait.

I really love Jesse, the clerk who works at this establishment. He's kind, helpful, compassionate and simply enjoys assisting the customers. I've been shopping here for years and each of the ladies who work here offer over and above quality service.

William, the owner offers affordable equipment and clothing that you can't even beat on Ebay, Amazon or elsewhere. I've tried to beat the prices but to no avail. He has 2 and 3 hundred dollar NICE quality coats and jackets on sale for $40 dollar. Needless to say I purchased TWO!

If you don't need a second police coat/jacket, buy one as a gift for someone who who really needs it. Prices like this for the QUALITY, it only makes since to buy two or more.

I bought some uniform share while back Haddam pats measure and the seamstress cut one pair almost a size India the once way too short and when I called to find out whether they would make it right the man wooden even talk about it it would be different if I cut them in I measured them then I could understand but it was his employee that did it so I have 1 brand new pair of pants it I can't even use so only give him 1 star

This place sell Counterfeit clothing. They have seamstress in the back making uniforms selling them as name brands.

Very nice place lots of police stuff whatever you need they have it! Quick service on altering uniforms, go check them out, in and out with what you need!

Great prices excellent customer service and never once have I been told something is on backorder. I highly recommend this over Galls any day!

Been going here for 7 years for my police uniforms no complains. I love the owners attitude William he straight forward. Show respect and you will be treated with respect.

Awesome service, always helpful. Able to find what I need to get in and out in less than 10 minutes. Even with alterations less than 30 minutes.

The white owner told one of the black customers to go back to his country after they got into a verbal argument. Very racist owner.

Every Uniform that you need for whatever profession you work in;this is the place to get your uniforms organized at.

I do not recommend this place at all. Terrible experience. There are many places in Houston for uniforms I would rather go to. The old man there has no respect for his customers and his tone of voice is very rude and condescending. There are a lot of uniforms available but I would never go back because of the grumpy old man who has no sense of customer service.
