I offered to come for service at 7: 30 and was told to just come anytime. I requested the same tire as was on my vehicle and was told that they could get that same tire. I arrived about 11: 30 and at 2: 30 I was still waiting with yet another car or two ahead of me. I left and returned fifteen minutes later and still had another hour to wait. Then when I got home I realized that the tire was the same brand and size but it was the same as the ones on the car. That was why I went to them because they could get the tire I needed. Maybe next time I will get more expedient service and specifically what was requested

The service as always is great. I have been a customer for over twenty years, they complete my problems whether its repairs or tires. I trust them hands down.

The employees greeted me with a smile (very unusual these days). They were courteous and professional. I will be using them for all of my tire needs.

Called first to see if they could get me in for low air pressure. I was told to be there at 1: 30 and they’d get it taken care of. I got there before 1: 30, at 1: 50 my vehicle had still not been brought back. I was told 3 cars were in bay and a person was ahead of me. I told them I had to go because I had an appointment, and couldn’t wait hours. Then another guy stated that “we don’t do appointments, it’s walk in”. Well I had even there before the other people that walked in and because they are regulars (we are new to the area) we were put behind them even tho we were there first. If you aren’t buddies or personally know the front desk guys, be expected to pushed back. Then the guy that originally told me to come in at 1: 30 tried to say he told me they don’t do appointments. Those words never came out of his mouth. Seems to be a shady business, who knows they could be lying to people about what’s actually wrong with their cars, esp if you aren’t sleeping with the front desk guys or flirting with them or a regular customer. That was the vibe they gave off.

You started working on the car shortly after I got there. Your waiting room was comfortable. The wait time was about one hour. The bill for the service was very reasonable. The car now runs like a champ. Than you for your service.

Save me 300 dollars on a new tire which I didn't need shows that there are still some honest businesses out there will definitely use them again

I had a great time getting two rear tires for my Toyota Highlander. They were so courteous, nice and making sure that I was satisfied with my vehicle before I left. I recommend going to discount wheel and tires. They do a great job.

Great group of folks. I came in last minute with a tire off a pickup truck that was on the side of the road. I was in and out in 10 minutes. Thank you for taking care of me at the spur of the moment!

Don't hold your breath, it'll take twice as long as Walmart, and even they are slow.

This is the only place I will go for new tires. The employees are so nice and extremely helpful. Trent waited on me and went over and beyond to see that all my needs were taken care of. I even enjoyed the wait!

They were extremely fast and were honest!
My tires were worse than what I thought!
Take the time and let these guys look at your old tires!
You don’t want to be on the road without their knowledge!

Professional service was given and my car drove perfectly as was needed. I was able to get to where I needed to be safely. Early the following morning I made it ti my job interview. Now I am employed. God Bless the men at Discount tire that helped that to happen. Thank you.
