As someone who hasn't had the most positive experiences at the dentist in the past, I have been happy to finally land at a dental practice that cares about my sensitivity. My dental hygienist Blakely was awesome - extremely gentle and took her time cleaning my teeth. I was told that a numbing agent could be used if I started to experience pain but I didn't even need it! Everyone I have communicated with from the receptionists to dental hygienists to Dr. Balan has been excellent!

Great Dentist. I'm afraid of dentist, always have been but the staff here are amazing and the dentist has one of the gentlest touches of any I've been to. Wonderful Dentist.

I love this dentist's office. This is the first office I have been to where the doctor listens and addresses my concerns. If I'm feeling uncomfortable or anxious, Dr. Balan is always reassuring and makes me feel comfortable before moving on. The staff is also super friendly. I always enjoy coming in and speaking with Yossie at the front desk. I highly recommend coming here for any dental work.

Mostly of my visits are not on time usually there will be lot of wait time and had doc putting on hold/wait in middle of treatment to do something else. Front desk communication is good though.

Dr. Balan and the staff are excellent. I have been going there for past 4 years. The cleaning and dental work is thorough. Dr. Balan is very systematic in recommending treatment in priority order. Also, she is good at not performing any unnecessary treatment. I have been very happy overall to have found this dental office and highly recommend.

I have been a patient at Discovery Park Dental for over 10 years. After having several negative experiences with previous dental practices, I was pleasantly surprised by the careful first visit interview and appreciated being listened to. That respectful treatment has continued through the years I have been Dr. Balan's patient.

I've been going to Discovery Park Dental for over 8 years. Cleanings are pain free. If you let them know about any issues you have with the process (ex.x-ray mouth thing makes you gag), they try their best to work with you to get over those issues. They don't push anything unnecessary and encourage you to do what's best for you. Great place, strongly recommend.

Discovery Park Dental has curated a gentle & kind care facility. I admire that the practice is 100% women operated. Scheduling an appointment is easy, and should there be any adjustments needed, the front desk is communicative via text. Blakey, the hygienist, is sweet, kind, and diligent in her work. She is careful to check in with you to make sure you are comfortable. Dr. Balan is a delight! She is very personable and knowledgeable. For instance, I had experienced some sensitivity on a tooth near my gums. Her recommendations solved the problem.

Discovery park dental is a great dentist office. The reception staff are kind, flexible, and communicate well with patients. The hygienists and doctor care about oral health, they are great at educating and explaining what’s going on in your mouth whether good or bad. The overall work environment is friendly and welcoming.

I always have a good cleaning, efficient and friendly. I never hear a complaint but I do hear clear suggestions on what I can work on. The machines could be a little newer, but that doesn't hurt the experience.

I've been trying to schedule an appointment with this dentirstry and it seems as if they can not schedule a simple appointment. I submitted an online request and even called and they have yet to call me back even though they said they would call be back in "30 minutes". I'll find another dentistry now.

Great office from the front desk to all dental services. Very professional, they always pay close attention to your comfort level on any procedure. I'm looking forward to my next visit!

We absolutely love Dr Balan and her staff! Our 3 boys (15,10 and 9) have been seeing her for over a year now. She's always very thorough, and her staff is great at communicating. Our eldest had braces, and his gums were constantly inflamed. Dr. Balan took great care and provided excellent tips and recommendations directly to him. Our youngest had his first filling recently which went so smoothly. Today, he will be having a stubborn baby tooth extracted in order to allow the permanent one room, and I'm so grateful that I have full confidence in how it will go. I highly recommend Dr Balan and Discovery Park Dental!

Very bad experience of this place, the first time they hurt my son a lot with the cleaning, the staff is very rude, they are not friendly at all, the second experience was very annoying, I made 3 appointments for my children and they let us wait for more than 45 minutes waiting after cleaning my daughter for the dentist to come to give her vitamins and check her, my second son was made to wait for more than 1 hour and 30 minutes, because 2 people passed after we were the first to arrive with Appointments made, their excuse was that the doctor had put 2 people between my children's appointments, I don't understand what is the point of making an appointment if they are not going to respect the agreed times, what a pity they do not know how to respect the time of the Others this says a lot about this place.
