This business does not respond to phone calls nor emails. Service had been good until Nov 2020 and then it became increasingly sporadic, sometimes 2 or 3 weeks with no pickup, left guessing as to when / if they would show. Our neighborhood cancelled service with this company.
3 mos after our neighborhood cancelled service with this company and they have yet to pick up their trash cans nor have they refunded money for service prepaid which we did not receive.

Sadly they haven't responded to my emails or phone calls in two months and have failed to show consistency, so I moved on to another service provider.

Dispose All has done a flawless job, and I'm surprised to see only 1 review here. Joe and team go above and beyond, and to my knowledge there are no days off. For all the times I forget to put out the trash before the truck comes by, and the trash is taken later on in the day on the 2nd pass through. The level of service this business provides is unprecedented in my opinion. Thank you for everything in the couple years I've lived in this neighborhood!
