District Dental, Houston TX

Hate to write this review but i wasn't to happy with my last visit, I scheduled a cleaning and check up and was attended and x rayed on my visit. Dentist were kind and knowledgable, however they did mention that to do any of my work they would need me to make another appointment because they have another client coming in and mine would be a longer "Deep Clean" rather then a regular clean. I just found this to be a little unprofessional because i took the day off from work to come to my appointment just to be told i would have to come in on another far date because there isn't enough time to work on me till the next client comes in. Also parking situation wasn't the best, again staff was nice but just didn't like that last part.

I love coming to District Dental, and I’m so glad that my sister recommended this dental practice — specifically hygienist, Sabrina! She’s THE BEST! She’s prompt, personable, professional, & does an excellent job! She’s the MAIN reason why I come to this dental facility. I really hope they’re compensating her well, because if she ever left I’d follow her. Huge asset, and her customer service is unmatched! Highly recommend District Dental and make sure your hygienist is Sabrina! ️️️

I don’t leave a lot of reviews, but wanted to give a shout out to Brandy, my dental hygienist. She is amazing! I don’t really love dental visits, but she makes it super easy and even had remembered little things from my prior visit that made a big difference to me. For example, I get the willies when a long piece of floss has to through/under my retainer, and she remembered this and cut the floss piece shorter to help! Sounds small, but Brandy’s attention to patient details like this makes a visit I would normally dread into one I actually enjoy!

I am a person that has major dental issues, crowns. Implants, root canals, bridge and a partial. I’ve been to many dentists over the years, and Dr. Villasenor is by far, the best dentist I’ve ever seen! The appointments run on time, front staff is friendly, and both dentists in the practice are amazing; they listen, with care, and provide exceptional services! Can’t say enough good things about District Dental, highly recommended!

This is hands down the best dentist office I've ever been to! The front desk staff is very friendly and extremely helpful. My dental hygienist Sabrina was amazing at her job and went the extra mile to make me feel calm and answered my million questions. Dr. Thomas was welcoming and extremely knowledgeable. She also made me feel so calm and is an excellent dentist. I've had really bad experiences with other dentist and District Dental made me feel so relaxed and welcome and did exemplary work. I'm so happy to have found them and I will highly recommend them to anyone who needs dental services.

This dentist office was recommended to me by my optometrist and I couldn’t be happier! It’s a very clean office, follows Covid protocols and is a very safe environment. I started coming here this year and have been in several times for various issues. My hygienist, Sabrina, is super sweet and I will definitely be continuing to go to her for my teeth cleanings. Dr. Thomas has also helped me tremendously with my consistent facial soreness from grinding my teeth at night. You can tell all staff at the office really cares for their patients. My name is Tiffiney and I want to share how wonderful Dr Thomas, her partner dentist, and their entire team is. The office is extremely clean & the staff is warm, welcoming, and always pleasant. The experience for myself, someone with high anxiety with all dentists, has been one that I appreciate and will never forget.

Dr. Thompson and marina are the best combination! They were gone for a year for pregnancy and when they came back they knew who I was, was eager to know my updates in my life and treated me like they never left! I have never been so comfortable in a dental office! The front desk staff are always courteous and I know I am in good hands here

Over a month ago, I came to this practice because my dentist relocated pre-pandemic here who is phenomenal, you don’t get many honest physicians in today’s time which is disappointing. Because our schedule conflicts I had to see other dentists at this practice to finish the job which I had no issue with. The first physician decided to do another evaluation even though one was already done, declined continuance of dental work and just referred me to a more expensive oral surgeon. The oral surgeon mentioned they did not do 3/4 things I sent to do and their schedule was almost 4 weeks out full. Within that time frame I avoided the problem area of my mouth and chewed on the other side, ended up chipping a molar on that side during a weekend. I was in severe pain, the practice is closed on the weekend and Monday so did research on temporary over the counter relief. That Monday morning I reached out the the oral surgeon office for answers they sent me back to this practice and said they want to see me after I visit them. The day of the appt I was told by a new 2nd physician I now have to be referred to a endodotic practice but no availability til 3 days later. I am in pain and can barely chew on either side of my mouth. The lack of empathy and skill that staff presented is beyond me. If they had made me aware of they don’t want or know how to complete these emergency situations I would have went somewhere else! My only day off from work this week and I planned this specifically. If you have sensitive dental needs I encourage you to look elsewhere!

I am new to Houston and I was searching for a good dentist within my insurance plan. I read reviews like crazy and found District Dental and thankfully I did! The team has been so friendly and helpful, office is very clean and they are very good about following up to see how you are doing. Seems like they really do care about their patients.

My experience with District Dental far exceeded my expectations. The office was nice and clean. The staff was warm, prompt and accommodating.
