Love this place! Hands down, thee best pedicure you'll get in Dallas. They actually care about making sure your feet look and feel good. There's someone to handle whatever kind of nail request you have from extravagant to basic. Very friendly staff, family feel environment. 11/10 recommend!

For those complaining, you just have issues of your own you need to work on. DNB is not for you if you complain! My nail tech Anna is THE BEST and I LOVE HER! I get her every time and she always does an amazing job. My grandmother and uncle have been going here for a while and love it too. I recommend it for sure. Just be nice to your nail tech. They have been working on hundreds of different clients all day and by the end of the day are exhausted. It's not as easy as you think it is being a nail tech either. They went to school for this and work tirelessly only for you to be ungrateful for a service YOU PAY FOR. You asked them to do it and they do their best. I see countless women complaining up there and it ticks me off. These people do what people ask and go beyond expectations for me personally. I love Anna so much and hope she doesn't have to deal with any of you whiny, complaining little princesses who can't get over a nail that they probably broke and messed up themselves just to try and drive away their customers.

I am so upset. I paid a large amount of money for my nails and they have ALL popped off at least twice. They didn’t score my nails, causing them to pop off. When I came in two days ago to get them back on; they had the drill too high and it cut me. DONT go here if you expect quality service. So ridiculous.

I had a really good experience. Daniel took great care of me and I’ll definitely be back. Glad this is right around the corner for me as well.

Their customer service is awful. Not only did I wait 45 minutes to get my nails done (and they started on another walk in before me even though I got there before her) but they messed up on my nails and didn’t offer me any kind of discount and barely even apologized. Instead made so many excuses.
I picked a color from their dip powder book that was clearly a deep red color. I even showed her an inspo picture and the nails were red in the picture and I told her I wanted red. When she applied the color it didn’t look right but usually with dip powder, the color is not what it actually is until they brush off the dust and apply the top coats and all. Eventually I realized that she had applied a HOT PINK color instead of red. I nicely told her that I was not happy with the color and I clearly chose red and she said “well sometimes the colors get mixed up or they’re not the same as they are in the book, but pink is still a very pretty color! ” But pink is not what I’m paying 70 dollars for… I wanted RED. Why would you mislead your customers? She was also trying to tell me that next time I should ask them to sample the color for me and basically making me feel like it was my fault when I’ve been to dozens of nail salons and never had this problem. I pick a color and that’s the color I get it…it’s as simple as that. I asked her if there was some kind of discount or something because I was very unhappy and she offered me 10 percent off for next time … I paid 70 dollars for hot pink nails I didn’t even ask for. I just went home and painted them red myself. These people do not care about their customers at all. They’ve lost my business.

Definitely a no for me…. Repaired mail longer than rest. Regular polish applied but no way to drop. Was not satisfied with outcome…. Pathetic… these nail bars getting free money for trashy work. It’s a -5…. No cuticle oil or lotion just sloppy work.

So sorry to say that it was probably one of the worst services I have ever received. They did not file my nails, nails were not even and they did not ask if I wanted any water or polish on my hands. I will never return here. I went to Wendy and Tram and expected the service to be great. Instead… it was terrible. And I’m sad because I was getting ready for a big event.

Everyone who works here is always super nice! They offer drinks during services and are very attentive. I have switched from the salon I used for years to this one!

First time here. These folk took me in late on a Sunday, and were incredibly gracious about it. I’m really fussy about my nails so was a little nervous but and they did a great job.

Be careful getting your gel nails done here. The very next day they started sliding off. See pictures attached. They do not give refunds even though they did a shoddy job. Find another location.
