I’m not sure about all of the negative reviews, I can only speak for myself, but my experience was amazing. Jesse is the absolute best, the prices were unbelievable! The quality of the furniture is top tier and I literally got everything picked out, paid for, delivered and installed in one day! ️. Most definitely was a great experience and I will be referring this store to a lot more people I know! Thank you so much again for everything!

Walked in and out. The man in front asked if he could help me with anything. I replied "no, just looking around". He shook his head and gave a look as if I've done something I shouldn't by coming in. He must have been in a bad mood before I walked in but really shouldn't be taking that out on potential customers. Will lose business. Not that he cares; he just works there.

Wish I could give this place 0 stars they are scammers! Beware of this place please! I purchased some furniture on a Friday and the worker said part of it was going to be ready on Saturday.we showed up between 3-3: 30 and it was closed. We went Sunday and also closed. I went on Monday and it was closed! Thank God my bank was able to reverse the payment! They also gave me a false e-mail! If you go to their website you'll note that there's no customer service info anywhere! They never answer the phone so people please be aware of this place!
Wow now you wanna respond huh? Well he's a liar my husband was with me when your worker said our queen bed was gonna be ready "tomorrow" which was Saturday. You can either change your business hours or get more responsible employees I was there today 11-15-21 at 10 a.m. So what do you have to say about that? Why don't you have a customer service number? You are quick to charge but not to respond right? Have a nice day and please stop bothering me. I'm just posting the obvious!

Drove an hour to get here and they were closed. They're supposed to close at 5 today and I got there at 3.

This place is unprofessional approach to selling cheap quality furniture is down right insulting at the least and i was made to feel ashamed and was black balled from proper service from any employee including manager by salesman

Terrible customer service! I have been waiting for my purchase to be delivered since Saturday! They keep telling me that it will be delivered but it never does. I would not recommend this company at all as they have no consideration to their customers and don’t follow through with agreements!
