Divine Nail Bar - Frankford Rd, Dallas TX

Come here at least once a month for the past 1 1/2 years. Stop coming due to Hannah being out however, decided to give another nail tech a chance but boy do I regret it. Service was the worst it's ever been, and the young man kept telling me it was only his 2nd day. Came in requesting a certain color, they were so unorganized they couldn't locate it. I then picked 2 other colors that they DIDN'T have for whatever reason and ended up settling for something else. The only thing good out of the whole service was the pedicure! It has only been a week and I have already taken my nails off.

I’ve been coming here for a few years to get my pedicures done, and they always do such a great job and I always get great service! As a service provider myself (pro MUA) I can definitely tell they care about their customers.

I came in asking for a simple short set with white French. The nail tech took forever only to leave my nails looking like a child did them. She could not properly shape short square nails which should be a simple task for all nail techs. She took off and re applied my French tip several times and couldn’t make it even. I left with uneven nails. I was charged $60 for trash and will never be back! Don’t waste you time or money here!

Unfortunately, I wasn't satisfied with their work and they couldn't do the model I gave them and they cut my nails horribly and they took all the money from me and they didn't even apologize and I will never go there again. And I do not recommend this place to anyone.

No one speak English. No one has a name on the uniform ushers. The tattoo guy that's in. There is pricing over price overchallenging.

Wonderful service, great atmosphere and great ventilation because it didn’t smell like chemicals at all! Me and my mom really enjoyed it

I no longer get my nails done here. I have a personal mail tech and she is amazing!

I will get my pedi's here.that's all.

Okay. So I am having mixed emotions here. Location is Great. Service is wonderful. Everyone is nice and friendly, esp the young man that works there (he stands out).

HOWEVER.these last two times (the only 2 times) I've gone my nails are chipping on the ends or cracking. They do a grat job, they look good but 2 weeks in and the corners chip leaving my natural nail exposed and I end up scratching the mess out of myself.

I dont have a pic of my first set but I'll take one of my 2nd set for the New Year. Black and Gold.

Love this nail bar! Provided exceptional service. Drinks were a bonus! Prices is reasonable. Luxury at its finest

I normally don’t leave reviews because I know how it affects businesses. But I’ve been here twice now and I’ve tried to give them the benefit of doubt but they are rude. I’m not one to really care about them talking about my feet when they are bad but today it was more of I don’t really want to do your service but I’m going to add more money for anything you ask me outside of what I want to do! Worse nail salon I’ve ever been to! On top of that my toes look horrible

I’ve been going here for about four years and have a great experience each time. Jamie is the nicest and is always welcoming.

Jamie and his team are the absolute best! I have no issues with my nails before besides this one time and I brought it up to Jamie and with out hesitation he made arrangements to have my nails corrected. The salon is always clean and the staff do an amazing job.

Great location for me.friendly service.free and to purchase drinks.good prices.clean, beautiful salon and atmosphere. I like all the added touches. I will return and recommend

This nail salon is just as its name says, DIVINE! They were very nice, their work is great, and the place looks spectacular inside! I will become a regular while in the Dallas area.

Let me tell you.this little lady Anne gave me the best pedicure and manicure ever! And don't even remember the guy that was at the front desk but he was awesome too! My roommate was at the grocery next door while I was getting my nails done when I opened my eyes he had already given her a margarita! I said "Heffer u not even getting anything done"! I loved it there and it's clean and beautiful.also affordable! ILL BE BACK MZ ANNE!

This place is AMAZING! The customer service is great! I'm always greeted with a smile/hello from Jamie. He's always pleasant. I like the fact that whenever I set an appointment for my husband and I our schedule time is always available. My husband and I get pedicures from Chi and Jessi and they are GREAT! The ladies take their time with massaging. They pay close attention to the customer needs and I like that. We are very happy customers. I've been a customer for about 2 1/2 years and will continue to be. Jamie you have a AWESOME STAFF!

After what I experienced at Divine Nails this will be my last visit. Upon arrival I had an appointment scheduled with a particular nail technician, but instead I was assigned a different technician who was very rude! During my pedicure she had the audacity to ask me did I have a chemical burn? I reminded her that I'm a customer and that it's none of her business. This was a sign to never patronize this establishment again.

I moved to Massachusetts recently, and have not found a place to get my toes done. Every time I’m down here, I have to come back to get pampered. What a blessing to have these guys in the area.

I am impressed! With it being so new, of course everything is super clean and in tip top shape. My sister and I ordered the premium package. We got spoiled! Heated neck pads, leg massage and paraffin wax while sitting in a great massage chair. It's been years since I had a pedi, didn't realize that these places have upped their alcohol offerings. We both received great service from our techs and the host.
