I got the basic mani and pedi
When i was doing my mani tho, the lady cut my cuticles too much and i was bleeding on my middle finger, and she didnt help me clean it or give me a bandaid. They also charged me extra for callus removal.

Staff is wonderful been going here for almost 3 yrs now every time I come I always come out with excellent nails Hannah is great with the designs I choose love this place

Went here because my regular nail salon was temporarily closed due to a small fire and I called beforehand to see around how much I would be charged. I was told $40 starting on the phone and asked more questions to see about shaping and what not. I came and brought my OWN chrome powder, I asked if they could apply it and without any hesitation they said yes. I went to checkout and they tried charging me $5 for having NATURALLY long nails, $20 for MY chrome, and $5 for shaping. I got the most basic nails, my nails were already shaped (just needed a retouch), and I literally paid $9 for my chrome on amazon. I tried talking to the manager and instead of $70, I was charged $60. If i knew that I would be charged $20 extra for MY chrome powder, I wouldn’t have got it. Nonetheless the receptionist is very rude, I myself am one and I would never speak to client like how she spoke to me. The only reason I’m giving this place a one star is because my nail tech was very very nice.

Always very attentive, very good attention to both fingernails and toenails, I highly recommend them.

Got my nails done less than 2 weeks ago and already peeling, I called the store they refused to fix my nails for me. Really pricey and their prices don’t match their work.save your money go elsewhere

Had my nails done by Tina - full set - acrylic - she did an awesome job! I just got solar pink and white. I brought my daughter the following week and Tina also happened to be available and did an amazing nail set and design for her - would definitely recommend this place!

I really wanted to love this place. It’s super nice and cute inside. But I got a pedicure over a week ago, and the lady cut my cuticle so bad that it hurts to walk. I am having to walk on my heels to avoid pressure on my toe. I would not recommend going here.

The hostess was very welcoming and assisted me right away. Excellent customer service, short wait time, and very professional and talented people. They were very sweet and seemed to be very passionate about their work. Complimentary drinks were an awesome touch. Kimberly is amazing. You should definitely go see her.

Excellent quiet, pleasant place and gives you a state of relaxation that you cannot imagine. They are all great but my favorite is Jane

I have come before and was usually pleased with the service. HOWEVER today I got a so called “manicure” WAY too expensive for what was done! Just wanted the color changed. I usually do gel color…nothing extravagant. No tips or anything special. Today I thought I’ll try the new dip Cloud 9. Again…nothing special or extravagant…Said they shaped my nails which were pretty much what I had done, just actually made them all different from one another… (I did it better myself). Said my cuticles were trimmed so had to charge for that. I’ve had way better manicures for less.had been a few times before and was pleased then…today I was NOT pleased at all! And didn’t get much sympathy from management. Extremely disappointed today. I’ll have to find another place that will hopefully listen to what I want…Geeze better yet maybe I’ll do it on my own…might save me money heart ache in the long run.

I got my nails done on Wednesday, one nail breaks on a Friday, and a second one on a Sunday. Wanted to go fix them but got sick a whole week, now is been 9 days and mostly all my nails are broken or have fallen off. Definitely will not go back.

I have been going to this location for several months now. I get the dip powder manicure, but I have noticed it doesn't last up to 4 weeks. With a week, I start to get cracks and chip off the polished. I went in to see if I could get them fixed, and they told me no because my nails grew fast, and it was 12 days since I got them done. It has poor customer service and will not be back.

My nails looks Horrible! If possible I would give the zero stars! They try to get you in the chair quickly and move to the next customer. Also, they are very rude and will literally talk about you negatively in their language and all of them look at you while you are in the chair. It was very terrible experience and extremely uncomfortable.
Never coming back! I will go somewhere else where the service is better entirely. Where they make you feel welcome, and instead of stressing you out, & they actually give you the great experience!

I've been coming here for years. I love the family dynamic of the place. The relationships that I have built with the staff is great. I have my usual people that I request but every person that works here is great!

First and last time… worst service ever… owner/manager was showing attitude because I wanted to take colors book with me to the seat to choose a color, and they took my card before they put the new color on! Overall, horrible

The design my daughter wanted wasn't made the way she wanted. She wanted dip nails and they gave her acrilycs. Her cuticles also started bleeding once she got home. The person who did the nails didn't follow the design the way it was shown and the nails were way too long for her liking.
