Chris Amryson - came by our office and worked on our computers. He had excellent customer service and was very quick on trouble shooting our issues.

Zach and Chris have always provided us with timely service and support from issues ranging to server connection issues to printer drivers. The remote service ticket system also works really well and is easier to communicate issues than other third party IT services our company has used in the past.

DKB has been awesome, they have always been super helpful & responsive. Chris Amerson helped me get my mic on my computer going today after it not working for a year, was very friendly & polite as with all DKB employees.
