Called in to get information on the property listed online. I called the only number listed there and Mr. Fernando the owner of company was very rude. He claimed I called his personal number and request I called the office and gave me the number that I just dialed. I assured him that I am calling that number and maybe calls are being forwarded to his cell. He became angry and brushed me off that he doesn't know and that someone will call me back. The young lady who called me back was even worse. Rude and passive. I take what they present as who they are and wouldn't want to deal with people like that.

They have had my property for 7 years. Only 2 months without renters in my house. Thank you DKD

I just want to take the time to thank DKD with helping rent out my home. I really thought it was going to be a tough process and long wait till they found a renter BUT it was fast and easy. They took care of everything and made sure my house was taken care of. Being out of town it was tough for me to be available but they were always there to answer my questions. Very recommended!

DKD was GREAT! I had been looking for a new house to rent out and they help me quick. The whole process was easy and I was in my new house within a week. Fernando was always there to help me out if I had questions on anything. I would defiantly recommend them to anyone. Military friendly!

I worked with Fernando, he help me find a rental. He was very helpful and was able to find me just what I needed quickly. The house was located close to work, the location was perfect. Once I moved in they left me a check list and important number such utilities, cable tv providers and other useful things to get the house going. The whole staff was very responsive through the whole process. 5 stars for DKD

I highly recommend DKD Associates, my family and I rented a property through them for about 14 months. They were very well organized and the process to rent the house went very smoothly. They actually went beyond what I expected, my wife is not a US citizen so she has no credit but they still worked with us. We only needed to use them for one service call and they sent a plumber out to the property ASAP, the repairs were done the same day. When turning back over the property we forgot to do a couple things, they were nice enough to let us back into the property so no cleaning costs would come out of our deposit. Really great service, if we need to rent in the future they will be the first company we contact.

Zero stars. I currently live at one of the properties they manage. Fernando just doesn't care about your well being and makes you jump throughloops and hoops for any repairs needed. We stayed 5 days without propper ventilation and refrigerated air. Suzana never returns the phone calls with any updates about any repairs needed. The office number is unresponsive. Stay away from this property management mess.

Horrible experience! Fernando is the worst, he’s extremely RUDE very condescending and belittles you any chance he gets! They are there only to benefit themselves! Worst experience ever.

They do not take care of your property, I rented a home through them, they let the roof damage rot, they allowed a leak to keep leaking and just fix the wall, but the fix was to. Screw in a square of sheet rock, this company is horrible, stay far far far away from then, they take advantage of military and home owners, this is nothing but a slum company

It all started from day one after I signed the contract at office with Fernandos wife. One phone call to Fernando made me not want to rent from DKD EVER again. He was very rude He’s very condescending, argumentative and will try to blame you for issues with the rental that We’re there before you move. Make sure to videotape everything as a proof. I was charged almonds $400 for a door knob hole and backyard leafs that got blown by the wind. It’s was a struggle every trash pick up with leafs and trash ending up all over the street and yard. I was there for a year and could not wait to leave these people.
Not military friendly either. Had to threaten me with charges if I didn’t make the house available to get looked at by other people when I was ready to leave. I wish I took pictures of the house when I move in.

I’m currently in a contract, approved by the lender and in the process of purchasing an investment property which I close on before the end of the month. So of course like any cautious person would be, I decided to shop around for property management.

I called this place just asking for information and immediately got told I would need to come in for an appointment. Not unusual, even though everyone else I called gave me information over the phone. We scheduled a meeting for 2 days later, since I do work and don’t have much available time to drive to their location just for some information. Day of, I got some free time and was able to come in earlier, so I called to see if I could come in. They proceeded to tell me that they looked up the property and it was being managed by someone else and that they could not help me or give me any information. They couldn’t tell me this when they found out, instead of an hour before the appointment? Had I not called, I would have drove over there and shown up just to be turned away.

Of course it’s being managed by someone else, I’m sure the selling owner would want it managed up until they sell it, just like I would like it managed from the day I buy it. Also I never asked to sign a contract or start services, so you aren’t being “unethical” as you called it. I just wanted information because I am shopping around. You don’t want to provide me any info, then I don’t want your services. You made it an easy choice not to go with you.

This is a family business that i feel has treated me like family. Professional and courteous, with an emphasis on personal attention, thank you for your service.

I have been a client of DKD for 12 years. The team at DKD has been amazing. Hen my home needed repairs they were completed quickly and professionally. I recommend them to all of my friends who own property in El Paso.

We applied for a rental property at this company and all they wanted to do was give us the run around. The property manager herself was rude and unprofessional. The only good thing was the receptionist named Susana, she was very friendly and professional. I almost feel like they just do all this to collect their application fees. The property we applied for has been listed on Zillow for over 2 months. I wonder why.

The people who show you the house are really great. What made it a one star is the application experience. The property managers are very unprofessional to those who apply. I saw how well they catered to the owners of the homes. They were rude through the process as well as giving the run around. The process took longer than what they claim would take up to 48 hours.

Awful experience. Awful help. I made an appointment to fill out a lease which they didn't evem bother to put in the schedule. When i showed up they accused me of lying and insisted i did not make the appointment.

Run run fast stay away. Fernando is a bully.he could care less about his renters or about the houses he rents. He will blaim the home owner but don't believe him he will lie and argue with him if you question him he's all about the money. His staff is real nice I'm holding back on how i really feel about this man, just run go to a different rental company
