I tipped 15% after the massage and was being laughed at for tipping "so little" this mentality of tipping and arguing about tips will drive customers away and hurt business

This is by far the worst place I have ever been. It's more of a rub then a massage. We talked about tips 5 minutes in. At one point she was staring at the clock while kind of massaging one spot for at least 5 minutes. I believe her name was Ella. To top it off, she left twice and I didn't get a full hour. Never again.
