D'Moto Powersports / CTX Motoworks reviews
22 Had some electrical issues and other faults on my 2002 Ducati Monster S4 916cc and these guys are PROS! They really went above and beyond to rectify all the problems it had. Very grateful to Joey and the mechanic that did the diagnostic (wish I could remember his name).
Incredible service! ALL the guys working there were very accommodating and made my long trailer journey up to see them very worth it!
First bike and great experience. No pressure, great info on options. Rick was great with follow up and look forward to lasting relationship. Triumph Streeet Twin from CTX was a great decision.
I just purchased a 2020 Triumph Street Twin from Rick at CTX. A very relaxed and unexpectedly friendly experience. Rick has to be the most passionate and knowledgeable sales person I have ever encountered. He has a knowledge of just not the product, but of the local Triumph motoring scene as well. I immediately felt at home, as if I were a part of a family. Never once did I feel pressured to buy anything, or option up on things that I didn't need. The entire experience from start to finish is top notch. Do not make the trip to Austin. Save your time and go see Rick at CTX. You will not be disappointed!
Rick is a great and knowledgeable salesman.once he understood my needs, he directed me to a bike that was markedly LESS expensive than the bike I was pretty-much ready to buy.and he was right. It's been amazing. Can't recommend him enough!
I’m always a little nervous when handing over my bike to have any service done by anyone other than myself. That being said I put my full trust in Henry and the techs here. They know their stuff
I have been looking to buy a motorcycle for a few days, I had not thought about Triumph, but this morning I decided to go as it was close to me.
At all times they made me feel like one more, even the GM came to introduce himself and show me some characteristics of the new Daytona moto2. They won my business and I can't wait to hear that engine roar in Cota.
Poor servfice, i paid over 1,400 for service on my triumph, they did a lousy job, i'm very dissatified with those tech's.
Was looking through the used bikes out front, where normally you gave to fight off salespeople. Nobody came by and asked if I needed help, had questions, or anything else. I guess I'll go north to Ducati Austin.
Very polite and courteous and helpful staff. Mr. Rick Reynolds very polite courteous and very professional.
I did not just purchase a Ducati, I made friends. After looking at 50+ motorcycles at many other dealers, trying to find what I wanted, Rick guided me to exactly what fit the bill. I am very pleased with the machine and grateful to find folks like Rick, and John to call friends!
From the moment I walked in D’Moto Rick made the experience a great one.
I came in with the intent of purchasing a motorcycle and the way they treated me as a customer was superb. Not only did they go above and beyond to get me the best deal financially and on my trade in, but they even stayed after hours to get everything knocked out.
I would gladly recommend this dealership for your Ducati needs
If you want it done right you should go to D’moto. I laid my bike down and it looks as good as new. They are upfront around the repairs/parts and make sure i got what I deserved from the insurance company.
They are WAY understaffed, bikes are always kept longer than they say, rarely answer the phone, rarely return calls, and don't give courtesy calls if they need to keep your bike longer than estimated.
Pros- the mechanics are competent but again, very understaffed.
Would bump stars if they hired more mechanics. Their vehicle load would justify the hires.
The guys here at the shop always look out for their customers.thank John, Joey and the rest of the crew for providing great customer service. I definitely recommend this place for anyone looking into getting a good motorcycle heres the place and they'll take care of it too.
Disappointed visiting the store. Was in the store for a good 30 minutes without a single staff asking if I had questions or needed help. The triumph showroom literally was a maze and bikes were stacked like sardines. Wanted to check out a triple R and I did find it but not able to get to it since the bikes were so tightly packed there isn't a clear walkway.
I just happened to be in to deliver a part for my guys motorcycle.
The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. The store, though, feels cluttered and disorganized.
Sometimes, you grow accustomed to how something because you're used to it. They might look around from the clients view point.
Joey in parts treats me right every time. Shoots me straight on what parts are gonna cost and why I might want them. Give that man a raise!
Had my brothers triumph for over a month for a oil and battery change, and to change out indicators. They never answer the phone or reply to voicemails and keep delaying the service for the bike. They like to throw a lot of numbers around to cover up for what they don't know.worst experience with any vehicle service we've ever had.
Recently purchased a wonderful Triumph from them! Experience was incredible, and a night and day comparison between auto sales and these guys. Very helpful, well mannered and straightforward! Thanks Mr. Reynolds!
Great sales people. Very knowledgeable about the bikes. My 2016 Triumph tiger is there right now for 6000 MI service.
