DMV Fort Worth Regional Service Center reviews
20James was so helpful, patient and nice! I set an appointment and got in immediately. Got my lost title in 5 minutes!
THE APPOINTMENT THING IS ACTUALLY GOOD. They do follow strict protocol. They should announce it more. The only thing I hate they dont take debit cards
I arrived without an appointment today (7/22/20) at 1: 20 PM. The young ladies at the door were extremely friendly and helpful with scheduling.
Once inside the young lady (Chris) that assisted me with obtaining my title was calm, quick and professional. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes.
Just rude. The way they talk to you here is laughable. I was treated like I was an idiot. Just trying to get my title. They are a total waste of oxygen.
Staff is pretty unhelpful and (shocker) wait times are ridiculous. I had to wait 4 hours.yeah, not very happy.
This place does not do license or change anything on it, just so y’all know to look for a different place to handle your license needs.
What a horrible place. No parking because people are rude and the wait is horrible. You get sent here from other locations and the workers here are extremely rude and not helpful. It's doubly hard when you have a baby with you.
They make you wait 4 hours to change your address on your license or pretty much anything else you wanna do here. Not to mention the customer service is severely lacking.
I called to talk to a representative. I asked her a question: Who has to have the title of the car, that is deemed for total loss? – The owner or the insurer? Judy said: “Call the insurance to find out! ” I explained to her, I already did that and they want to have the title, which I think is wrong if I am the keeping the car. “That’s why I am calling you for advice. ” Her response was: “We are not giving advice! Call a lawyer! ”
Avoid this office representing incompetency and rudeness.
Everyone at this location was more than helpful, the lady that took care of my title went way above & beyond to help me with a totally different issue. The waiting room was full, but I was in & out in probably 20-25 minutes. Great staff!
They tell you what you need, then you go get it. If you come back with the wrong info that's on you. If you aren't sure ask, be specific and take notes. Good luck.
Staff is so rude & unhelpful I was trying 2 ask a quick question. & one of them told me that's not my job. So I walked away 2 another woman & same she said she's not the information center & handed me a pamphlet telling me any or all questions will be answered there
Extremely efficient and friendly staff. The waiting room was full, so I expected to be here all morning. Done in 20 minutes.:)
Everyone here was extremely helpful. They answered all my questions and gave me information they thought I might need. Wish every place was like this.
I had scheduled out my morning for a dreaded DMV visit, but was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Monday morning at 9am.
Very fast and in a very clean facility! I was in and out with registration work in less than 2 minutes.
Even though there is an option for a drivers license renewal/replacement.they don't do drivers liscenses.so don't bother >: (
They don't do vehicle registration nor do they have enough staff to serve at the information counter to help figure out where to go for registration.
My awesome experience makes me wonder where all the terrible DMV jokes come from. I had to go in three times (due to my own mistakes) and each time I waited less than 5 minutes. I worked with three different people, and all were very courteous and made things very easy.
